These days they are announcing an offensive on Nikšić. We know what that offensive looked like in the 30 years they ruled Montenegro and Nikšić. Someone listed over 30 closed and defunct companies and economic units in our city. And in less than four years we have over 40 infrastructure projects worth millions in our city, said the leader of the coalition "For the Future of Nikšić" and the current mayor of the municipality, Marko Kovačević, from a tribune at the Nikšić Theater.
He pointed out that more than 5.000 citizens have been employed in four years, and that the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) is bothered by people being employed, which, as he said, the current government has better quality social programs.
"These offensives will not succeed, because Nikšić knows who destroyed this city for 30 years, and he knows who raised it from the ashes in just four years, got it back on its feet, and in the next four years he should make it as great as it once was," Kovačević emphasized.
According to him, the coalition he leads offers a certain future, "something that is being built", while those "with offensives in the past 30 years have shown what they offer", which is the dismantling of the city.
"They say that Nikšić has become culturally devastated in four years, and we have entered the finals for the title of European Capital of Culture 2030. They could not have tried that even in their wildest dreams. And we tried and entered the finals and all the information says that we are leading and that we will probably be crowned with that title by the end of this year, we will be the first city in Montenegro to receive that title," said Kovačević.
As he pointed out, the Electric Power Company of Montenegro has already submitted a request for urban planning and technical conditions for the first four buildings within the "Sunny City". These are 130 apartments that, they hope, will begin construction in the middle of this year.
"They asked me today what makes us different from other electoral lists in these elections. What makes us different is that Nikšić knows that we will continue to work and build on April 14th, and as for the others, Nikšić does not know, nor will it ever know. What makes us different is that on the evening of April 13th, everyone will go to rest from the campaign, and we will continue to work on the morning of the 14th," said the leader of the list "Zna Nikšić! Nastavla".
The President of the Democratic People's Party (DNP), Milan Knežević, has decided, as he said, to issue a political arrest warrant for Danijel Živković, the President of the DPS, in accordance with the global and regional Interpol arrest warrants.
"We are looking for Danijel Živković, who disappeared after their congress, when Milo Đukanović was elected honorary president of the DPS. If anyone sees him, tell him immediately that, while he still has a soul, he is moving to the coalition 'For the Future of Nikšić', just as many from the DPS are moving to our coalition these days, because when they saw that Milo Đukanović had become a vampire for the hundredth time, they announced that our coalition and Marko Kovačević were the only ones who could stick, or as we Zeća people would say, drive a political hawthorn stake into the vampire Milo Đukanović. Ever since he hit that sulundar, he has completely captured Danijel Živković, like Aladdin in a lamp," said Knežević.
As he pointed out, it is up to the people of Nikšić, veterans of numerous offensives since 2012, people who swallowed tear gas, received rubber bullets, were detained, who were tried, who carried the banner of freedom and resistance, when no one believed in them, to finish what was started on August 30, 2020.
He said that Đukanović is trying to escape from the Special State Prosecutor's Office and the bed that he "found for him in Spuž in 2018" and which is still waiting for him.
"And then when they ask us: 'Why are you dealing with him', we say: 'We are not dealing with him, he is dealing with us'. Wherever we turn, he is there, as if he were VAT. Since the 99s, from the battlefields in the former Yugoslavia, sanctions, crises, cigarette smuggling, drugs, people, the creation of clans, unsolved political murders... If we were to climb to the cosmos, we would find Đukanović and Lajka. Everything else was covered by his family members. Now we are worried that the Arabs will take Montenegro for 35 years. Let's first break this lease with the Đukanović family, which has lasted over XNUMX years. Let's not only lease us, but now Blažo has also leased us, so Blažo, thank God, got children, so now his children will also get children, so we will only serve Milo Đukanović and his family," said Knežević.
Therefore, as he pointed out, the people of Nikšić must "terminate that lease" forever, and according to Knežević, that will not be difficult for them, because they have the best list, because in the previous four years they had the best mayor.
The list led by Kovačević will be number ten in the upcoming elections, so Knežević decided to give them another slogan, in addition to the one, "Nikšić knows! We continue": "Think of your descendants, repay your ancestors, vote for number ten."
He also, as he said, came up with a slogan for the DPS for free: "It's all your cocaine scam, you'll be watching Marko Kovačević's back," and, as he emphasized, he also had a gift for the leader of the DPS list in the Nikšić elections, Boris Muratović, when Kovačević "will be" the mayor of the municipality again: "Boris, take a break."
Andrija Mandić, president of New Serbian Democracy and president of the Parliament of Montenegro, said that everyone saw from the correspondence on the Sky application that "the entire scum of the former regime and the criminal clans that smuggle drugs four years ago were in cahoots" against their coalition, because they know what it means when Nikšić is lost.
"All processes in Montenegro, especially politically, and also economically, started from Nikšić. Nikšić was and remains the driving force of the entire Montenegro. That is why it was important to them, as it is still important to them today, to somehow regain Nikšić, and four years ago to preserve it. If we won four years ago in such conditions, fighting against Zvicer, the Kavač clan, against Milo Đukanović and the huge amount of money they invested in the election campaign at the time, then today we have an easier job, but also a more important goal. Last time we won 26 percent, we were second, now our goal is to win, if possible, the government ourselves. But, we have to be first," said Mandić and called on supporters to talk to citizens and tell them what Kovačević and his team plan to do in the next four years.
"We are ready for the best results. Four years testify to the talent and creativity of the team that has led Nikšić so far. In the next four years, Nikšić must be such that the result is, not only within Montenegro, the best, but also in the region to compete. You have a big task, but also the best team. You have young people who know, are able, who know how to put everything together and who have a vision of where Nikšić and Montenegro should go. In the next four years, Nikšić will be a city of happiness, a city of perspective, a city of youth and a city of great victories," said Mandić.
The President of the Socialist People's Party (SNP) and Minister of Agriculture Vladimir Joković said that these days those who shared at every turn are coming forward.
"They divided the common state, they divided the academy of sciences, they are creating new churches, new languages... They divided everything alive, but they didn't just divide the money, they took everything for themselves," said the SNP president.
As he pointed out, the people of Nikšić must not allow those who "ravaged the city" to return, so they must vote for number 10, because the new mandate will be the crowning achievement of the work and success of Kovačević and his team.
"This was probably the most united team in Montenegro, and so heterogeneous, and it ruled for four years that no one could say a single word to it... That's why on April 13th, everyone is for number 10, because number ten only belongs to the greats. Number 10 was worn by Pele, Maradona, Messi, and Pixi, and now Marko is wearing it," said Joković.
At the forum in the Nikšić Theater, candidates for councilors - Milutin Đukanović, Dr. Vera Bulatović, Mitar Barać, Anica Đurović and Mirko Miličić, as well as the president of the Nikšić board of the Movement for Change, Bogić Mićković, also spoke.
