The flag of Montenegro was displayed on the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, tonight, the Government of Montenegro announced.
The executive branch announced this on the social network X.
"In honor of the visit of Prime Minister Milojko Spajić to the United Arab Emirates, the flag of Montenegro was displayed on the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, tonight," the government announced.
Spajić posted on the social network X that "the flag of Montenegro is on the Burj Khalifa tonight as a symbol of friendship and strong connections between our countries."
The Government also issued an official statement stating that Spajić is on a working visit to the Emirates, where he and the Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE Government and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in the presence of President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, signed agreements on economic cooperation and joint investment between the Government of Montenegro and the United Arab Emirates, at a ceremony organized at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi.
