Radojičić: We are already winners, because we do not accept the humiliated Nikšić of Marko Kovačević and his camarilla

There is no new government in Nikšić without the European Union, we ask ourselves, said Ivan Radojičić, the leader of the European Union list in Nikšić, at the final convention, and said that he would not accept the humiliated Nikšić of Marko Kovačević and his camarilla.

"We are already winners. We are winners because we constructively and based on dialogue built a plan for the future of Nikšić. We are winners because we were dominant and expressive in the past debates. We are winners because we were educated and constructive. We are winners because we did not touch and insult those weaker than us. We are winners, dear friends, because we fulfilled one of our basic civic duties and obligations, which is to stand up to this scum and say enough is enough... We are winners because we are our own people and we are asking ourselves," said Radojičić, according to a statement from the European Union, thanking everyone for the fantastic energy they provided during the campaigns, and emphasizing that they ran the best and most comprehensive campaign in the city under Trebjes.

"We offered constructive solutions, made good suggestions and tried to discuss and build a more modern and European Nikšić based on facts... I promised and I promise again tonight from this place that I will not betray or deceive a single Nikšić resident, regardless of who they vote for and how they declare themselves," added Radojičić.

He said that everyone knows what a vote for Marko Kovačević and Andrija Mandić means.

"It's a vote for those who urinate on the image and work of Ljubo Čupić, it's a vote for disrespect for state symbols, it's a vote if only he could be in favor of the extermination of Montenegrins, it's a vote for the unfortunate mayor who is not even allowed to walk through his city center with security. It's a vote for a coward who hides behind various immunities and is not allowed to appear on a TV duel. But we need to keep something else in mind, we must not forget that a vote for Nemanja Vuković, as well as a vote for the lost-in-translation doctor Mrkić, is equally a vote for Marko Kovačević," Radojičić emphasized.

He also emphasized that the European Union's obligation is to fulfill everything promised.

"We promised to bring back smiles and life to the city. The smile of the hero Ljubo Čupić, the defiance of the heroine Joka Baletić, the bohemian and artistic spirit of Vitomoir Nikolić, the pride of Stana Višnjić, Marija Miladin Šobić and the dream of Boža Koprivica Street," said Radojičić.

He specifically addressed the abstainers, emphasizing that they will be the ones who will decide and determine the outcome of these elections.

"We must not remain silent, we must not be complicit and passive observers of the evil that threatens us. That is why I, and many people here, have decided to step out of our comfort zone and decided to fight against these Chetnik scum until we send them into the opposition, and then to the dustbin of history," he pointed out.

Nikola Zirojević, a candidate on the list, said that there is no doubt that the European Union will achieve an excellent result, remove the current government of Marko Kovačević and be a key and indispensable factor in forming a new government in Nikšić.

"I am deeply convinced that this feeling I have tonight as I look in front of me at a full hall of sincere people who love Nikšić above all else is better, stronger and more accurate than any poll whose results they can offer us," said Zirojević, adding that the European Union has been beating the competition since its formation.

He said that for the past four years, Nikšić has been led by those who do not like and do not feel for him.

"That's why Nikšić today looks more like post-war Knin, as they tried to present it in that series that they financed with our money," added Zirojević.

He also assessed that Marko Kovačević shamefully relativized all activities that were undermining the civic and libertarian spirit of Nikšić, that he brought a rural mentality to Nikšić, and that he was gloating over the fact that he had buried the good spirit of the city.

The President of the Nikšić Municipal Board of the SDP and a candidate on the list, Željko Nikolić, said that the citizens of Nikšić are witnesses to orchestrated attacks by the Kovačević-Vuković duo on the European Union and Ivan Radojičić, not by chance, but because they know that the new Nikšić government cannot be formed without the European Union.

Nikolić assessed that Kovačević, through his actions, primitive behavior, and retrograde politics, tried to humiliate the state, its symbols, Grahovac, Vučji do, and the citizens of Nikšić, and that for this reason the European Union will send him into the past on Sunday.

SD President and one of the leaders of the European Alliance, Damir Šehović, said that these elections are not a fight for mandates, but a fight to return the recognizable gentlemanly urban soul to Nikšić and save the face and dignity of our country.

"On Sunday, we are liberating Nikšić! And after that, in the early parliamentary elections, all of Montenegro. We are liberating it from those who turned this city into a training ground for hatred - who, like never before, divided it and brutally clericalized it. The end of nationalism and primitivism is coming! The time is coming when it will never occur to anyone again to deny and humiliate Montenegro and everything that is Montenegrin and civic in it from the position of the first man of this municipality," he emphasized.

SDP President and one of the leaders of the European Alliance, Ivan Vujović, said that the European Alliance is a reform force for a new time that must respond to new modern challenges, but also to the old evil - the evil of nationalism, unculturedness, primitivism, and servility.

"Ivan's cosmopolitanism will trample on Šubara's primitivism, our culture will sweep away their informer rubbish and kitsch, our yellow sun will blind their black banners and dark policies, the river of our Montenegrin waves will drown their stagnant swamps, our free people will defeat their servile consciousness, our smiles and patriotism will defeat their malice and middle finger towards the Montenegrin anthem, our 21st century will defeat their 17th century," said Vujović.

The President of the Liberal Party and one of the leaders of the European Union, Vatroslav Belanka, said that they confirmed all the values ​​for which the European Union exists.

"Knowledge is your weapon against the ignorant, with decency you humiliate the vulgar, with wisdom you prove the meaninglessness of the irrational, with concrete projects you break empty demagogy and populism, with emancipation you remove the shackles of retrogradeness, you do not work for a party but for a sublime idea whose foundations were laid by us, three and a half decades ago, with a patriotic heart that beats strongly in your chest, you uncompromisingly defend and build our civic, anti-fascist and modern Montenegro," concluded Belan.
