The Parliament of Montenegro today elected Admir Šahmanović as Minister of Energy and Mining, and Majda Adžović as Minister of Public Works.
44 MPs voted in favor of Šahmanović's election, while four abstained.
The same was true in the Adžović case, except that two MPs voted against it.
Both were supported by representatives of the ruling majority, with the exception of Milan Knežević's Democratic People's Party (DNP), which abstained.

He announced earlier today that he would not do so because Prime Minister Milojko Spajić did not tell them when the dialogue on the issue of standardizing the Serbian language as an official language and introducing dual citizenship with Serbia would begin, nor did he say when the Bosniak Party (BS) would leave the coalition with the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in Bijelo Polje.
The MPs who voted against Adžović's election are the representative of the ruling Albanian Alliance, Ilir Čapuni, and the MP of the opposition Democratic Union of Albanians, Mehmed Zenka.
They announced that they would not vote for Adžović due to the issue of the project on Ulcinj's Velika Plaza beach.
