The debt of the Royal Capital of Cetinje has been reduced by around 2,5 million euros, announced Mayor Nikola Đurašković at today's session of the Royal Capital Assembly, explaining the Work Report for 2024.
"Through responsible management and cost rationalization, we have managed to reduce the total debt of the Royal Capital by over 2,5 million euros. This is the result of dedicated work and a serious approach to the city's financial consolidation," said Đurašković.
He added that financial stabilization is one of the key priorities of the local government, and that policies that contribute to strengthening the economic foundations of Cetinje will continue in the coming period.
"We have created a sustainable system that will enable development, investment and a better quality of life for all citizens," he said.
As announced by the Mayor's Public Relations Office, the Work Report, in addition to financial indicators, presents and implements projects in the areas of infrastructure, utility services, culture, tourism, and sports.
