The president of the Civic Movement URA, Dritan Abazović, assessed that the security system is "in disarray".

Abazović said in his author's podcast that, considering what is happening in Cetinje, no citizen is safe anymore, URA announced.

Commenting on the recent murder in the capital and, as the statement says, "a possible attempted murder involving Andrija Mandić's nephew," Abazović stated that the second case was "particularly scandalous, because the Prosecutor's Office did not want to deal with it."

"It took the Prosecutor's Office several hours to conduct the investigation - may it serve them well. Neither the police nor the Prosecutor's Office wanted to deal with this case, and the reasons are more or less clear to you. We did not fight for a Prosecutor's Office like this. It used to be under the control of the DPS, and now it seems we have an even worse DPS."

Speaking about the concept of patriotism, Abazović said that at this moment it is reflected in "defending our natural resources."

He said that patriotism is to "stand against people who want to destroy our country."

"Patriotism is to respect, above all, our citizens and the voice of reason, the voice of the non-governmental sector, professions and local communities. Patriotism is to defend the multi-confessional and multinational harmony of Montenegro. Patriotism is to oppose people who want to destroy our country," said Abazović.

Patriotism, he says, is when "we ensure that our people can use the beaches, that they can freely walk along the beaches, swimming areas and the hinterland of the beaches."

"Everything that is opposite to corruption, everything that is opposite to the collapse of the legal order, the collapse of the Constitution and laws of Montenegro, everything that is opposite to the pursuit of personal interests at the expense of public interest - is the true form of patriotism that we need to develop in Montenegro."

He also pointed out that patriotism is the opposite of nationalism.

Abazović says he believes that in the future, true patriotism in Montenegro will be reflected precisely in people who oppose corruption, nationalism, populism and "everything that can seriously harm Montenegro."

Commenting on the financial balance of Elektroprivreda for last year, Abazović said that it is clear to "every rational citizen" that the company's management does not know how to do its job.

"The profit amounted to only 10 million euros, which is five times worse than the previous government, when EPCG made a profit of 52 million. They would not have achieved this result if they had not lowered the accumulation level and sold electricity outside the government's plan."

He recalled that during the mandate of his Government, EPCG achieved maximum profit, and that the 13th salary was paid at that time.

He expects this year to "be even worse", with a forecast loss of between 70 and 80 million euros.
