Communications with the Sky and Viber applications, which Europol provided to Montenegrin investigators, indicate unequivocally that the security sector of the former regime imported criminal butchers from the region for the purpose of preserving power, the Europe Now Movement announced.
"Therefore, for a start, we expect the DPS and the European Union not to remain silent, but to clarify their role in importing criminals for the purpose of preserving power. Also, this is an opportunity for at least one part of the current opposition, and the former ruling structure, which presents itself as reformed, to now officially distance itself from the proven criminal activities of the then security sector, which was obviously installed to recruit criminals from Serbia, in order to help preserve the government led by the DPS," PES states.
They add that this aspect is important, "because the current opposition constantly points to the risks of harmful influence from the region, making the reason for breaking the loud silence even greater."
"We remind you that the opposition took the view that the prosecution of suspects for various criminal activities was a matter of political revenge, and they maliciously called the special state prosecutor a 'sky prosecutor'," the PES announced.
