This is shown by data from their asset records, available on the website of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK).
Mayor of Podgorica Saša Mujović (Europe Now Movement - PES) was elected to that position at the end of December last year, so his file contains data from the time he held the position of Minister of Energy in the Government. Milojko Spajić (PES). Based on the performance of that function, he earned around 22.000 euros last year, and based on his membership in the Privatization and Capital Projects Council, 5.390 euros.
He has a 25 percent stake in a 34 square meter apartment. He has 9.000 euros in his checking account, as well as shares in the companies HTP “Boka”, Institut “Simo Milošević”, Izbor Bar, Jugooceanija Kotor, and Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem.

President of the Municipality of Bar Dušan Raičević (Democratic Party of Socialists - DPS) last year received a salary of 1.575 euros. He owns a 71-square-meter apartment and has 20 percent of the 167-square-meter pasture he inherited. He owns three cars and is a part-owner of a company. He has about 9.000 euros in his accounts and a term savings deposit of 20.041 euros.
His wife Cherry She earned around 1.198 euros per month at the Bar Tourist Organization. She drives an Audi Q3.
Leader of Nikšić Marko Kovacevic (New Serbian Democracy - NSD) last year received a salary ranging from 1.386 to 1.483 euros. He owns an 800-square-meter meadow and a Renault Megane car. He allocates 25.000 euros for the monthly loan installment of 587 euros.
YOU RETURN WITHOUT PROPERTY IN YOUR NAME
The first man of Pljevlja Dario Vranes (NSD) earned 2024 euros per month in 1.350. He has no registered movable or immovable property in his name.

President of the Municipality of Ulcinj Genzi Nimanbeg (Forca), who has held that position since May last year, earned around 23.000 euros from that and his position as a councilor in the local parliament. The highest salary he received last year was in the first five months, 1.748 euros.
With a 50 percent share, he owns an inherited 140 square meter house, and has about 3.000 square meters of orchard.
His wife Vahid As a school teacher, council member and other income - she earned 14.180 euros last year. She has term and non-term savings deposits of around 30.000 euros and is repaying a loan of 25.600 euros.
Nimanbegu owns three motor vehicles - "Adriatik", "WV Pasat" and "Medlay Piaggio", and his wife owns two: "Dacia Stepway" and "WV Tiguan".
Leader of Kotor Vladimir Jokic (Democrats) until October last year he earned between 1.318 and 1.413 euros per month, and in October 600 euros. As president of the Kotor Area Management Council, he received 244 euros. He has no registered real estate.
His wife Milica As a municipal councilor, she earned around 7.600 euros last year. She drives a Toyota Aygo.
The first man of Tivat Željko Komnenović (“The People Win”) earned around 20.000 euros last year from salary, winter allowance, chairmanship of the municipal census commission... His salary in the first eight months of last year was 1.459 euros, and then 1.566 euros. He earned 7.150 euros from rent last year, and 2.072 euros from membership in the Commission for the procedure for granting concessions for the right to use the Podgorica and Tivat airports.

Ivana Komnenovic She earned 12.427 euros last year as a professor at the Music School. She has several thousand square meters of pasture and forest.
President of the Municipality of Andrijevica Željko Ćulafić (Socialist People's Party) earned 2024 euros in that position during 14.455. His salary varied from 1.177 to 1.306 euros, and as a councilor he earned 675 euros (225 per month).
In addition, he had income from agricultural activities: a premium for a pig farm of 2.760 euros and for the purchase of gilts of 1.600 euros, as well as a refund of the premium in the amount of 5.600 euros.

He is repaying three cash loans totaling 16.500 euros.
His wife Nada She received a salary of 450 to 700 euros, but it was not stated where she was employed.
President of the Municipality of Budva Nikola Jovanovic (“Budva our city”) entered 2024 as the head of the local parliament, and on that basis he earned 11.568 euros (1.446 euros per month), and he received the same salary as the deputy mayor in December. He also earned 3.600 euros (300 euros per month) from councilor fees.
The first man of the tourism capital, who was elected to that position in February this year, inherited half of two forests (total area 6.434 square meters), a field (761 square meters), three houses (22, 27 and 120 square meters), an orchard (5.629 square meters), two auxiliary buildings (16 and 56 square meters), a garden (500 square meters) and an undefined building of 20 square meters, and he owns a 109 square meter apartment that he bought.
He is repaying a housing loan of 70.000 euros (with an installment of 715 euros and a remaining debt of 55.168 euros).

ASANOVIĆ RECEIVED TWO CARS AS A GIFT
Leader of Rožaje Rahman Husovic (Bosniak Party - BS) received 1.643 euros per month last year. He owns a 264-square-meter house and a 450-square-meter plot. He reported having 7.800 euros in cash, repaying a 15.000-euro loan, and owning 5.000 shares in Moneta.
President of the Municipality of Žabljak Radoš Žugić (Durmitorska Iniciativa) received a salary of 1.281 euros last year, while as president of the census commission he earned an additional 1.155 euros.
