Judges of the Supreme Court of Montenegro own numerous properties, most of them have secured housing, while some also own weapons.
This follows from their asset records for last year, which they submitted to the Anti-Corruption Agency (AKP) and which are available on that institution's website.
The Supreme Court, according to law, should have 19 judges, but currently there are 18 (including the president of the court).
The head of the Supreme Court, Valentina Pavličić, was elected to that position in December last year, so she only reported her earnings for that month in her asset file.
Her salary in December was 3.089 euros, and she earned additional income from a portion of her salary for membership in the Judicial Council (1.085), salary differentials (175), compensation for membership in the Bar Exam Commission (592), and fees for lecturing at the Judicial and State Prosecutor's Office Training Center (100 euros).
Her husband Predrag Pavličić received 1.003 euros in December last year from his monthly salary in a company, and 34.848 euros from the lease. A 58-square-meter apartment, a 171+18+18-square-meter apartment, a built-up business space of 315, 25, 20 square meters, construction land of 2.351+2.574+3.024+4.308 square meters, 48.409 square meters of fields, meadows, pastures and houses, as well as 11.822 square meters of forests were registered in his name.
Predrag Pavličić also has a "CZ 9 mm", "Luger", "Magnum" pistol from 2005, shares in Crnogorski Telekom and 100 percent stake in the companies "Montecco INC" and "Montecco Development", and a tenth stake in the company "PNP".
Their daughter Marija Pavličić received 800 euros in December, but it was not stated where she was employed.
In her asset file, Valentina Pavličić declared paintings owned by her husband. In addition, she reported that she had 12.544 pounds and about 80.000 euros in her accounts, and her husband had 32.840 euros. The head of the Supreme Court stated that she had paid off two consumer loans from 2021 and 2024, in the amounts of 20.000 and 30.000 euros.
“Functional” installments
Judge Nevenka Popović received a basic salary of 2.091 euros last year. She had an additional income of 830 euros from lecturing at the Judicial and State Prosecutor's Training Center, and 1.776 euros as the president of the Commission for Normative Activities.
She owns a 64-square-meter apartment that she acquired by purchase, and has a non-term savings deposit of 10.204 euros. She owns shares in the Montenegrin Electricity Transmission System (CGES), and is repaying a loan (from the Government) of 13.200 euros for the purchase of the apartment, in monthly installments of 55 euros, and has a debt of 2.000 euros on her bank card. She drives a 2007 Nissan.
Judge Seka Piletić had a salary of 2.859 euros to 3.183 euros last year. She earned an additional 2.040 euros from her membership in the Council for the Evaluation of Judges of the Higher Court in Bijelo, 625 euros as a lecturer at the Center for Training in the Judiciary and State Prosecutor's Office, and 568 euros as a member of the Expert Team for the Verification of Professional Knowledge and Practical Experience in Certain Areas. In her file, she stated that she earned 2.961 euros as a member of the management board last year, but it was not specified which one.
She owns a 59-square-meter apartment, and is paying off a consumer loan of 19.000 euros.
In her file, she reported that her husband, Đorđije Piletić, earned 9.600 euros from his law firm in accrued but unpaid wages. It is alleged that Đorđije Piletić also has a 50 percent ownership stake in the company "Solar Power".
The judge drives a 2016 Mazda, and her husband drives a 2006 Porsche. He owns a Zastava gun. They also have securities.
Judge Snežana Vukčević received a monthly salary of between 2023 and 1.959 euros in 2.430. As a member of the Commission for Normative Activities, she received 1.776 euros, and from lectures at the Center for Training in the Judiciary and State Prosecutor's Office, she received 1.950 euros.
Her husband, Predrag Vukčević, received between 1.276 and 1.453 euros per month at Radio Television of Montenegro.
Their son Marko Vukčević earned around 15.000 euros last year as a project assistant at two non-governmental organizations, and part of that as an organizer and musical collaborator.
Judge Vukčević inherited 25 percent of a 55-square-meter cottage, a 3rd-class orchard, and a 500-square-meter meadow, while she owns 50 percent of a 492-square-meter vineyard.
Her husband owns a 174 square meter house, a 302 square meter yard that he bought, and inherited fields, vineyards, meadows, and a 4.300 square meter forest.
The judge has a non-term savings account for 14.000 euros and a non-term account for 542 euros, while her husband has a term account for 520 euros, and 2.000 euros in a current account.
Snežana Vukčević is repaying a loan (from the Government) for improving housing conditions of 20.000 euros, in installments of 20 euros each, and has a debt of 2.800 euros on a shopping credit card. The judge drives a 2015 Renault Megane.
Judge Vesna Jočić earned 38.619 euros in salary last year, 2.571 euros from compensation in the evaluation commission, and 1.776 euros from a commission in an institution she did not appoint.
With her husband, she owns, with 50 percent, a 239 square meter house, a 136 square meter cottage, 593 square meter building land, 277 square meter field, and a 46 square meter outbuilding, which they acquired by purchase.
Her husband, Željko Jočić, owns a 32-square-meter apartment, a 77-square-meter office space, and a 14-square-meter garage space, while her son, Nemanja Jočić, owns a 64-square-meter apartment. Her husband earned 15.960 euros from his pension, while his son earned 888 euros per month. The judge has been repaying a 15.000-euro loan since last year.
Vesna Jočić owns a “Zastava ARMS” weapon, and her husband also has several weapons. He has saved 18.000 euros, and he also has two vehicles - a 2007 Toyota and a seven-year-old Opel Insignia.
The Božović family has around 54.000 euros in their account.
Judge Nataša Božović received a salary of 2.001 to 2.486 euros last year. She earned 4.286 euros from her membership in the Civil Code Drafting Commission, 1.556 euros from the Bar Exam Commission, 5.922 euros from her membership in the Program Council, and 1.682 euros from her membership in the Judicial Performance Evaluation Council.
As a lecturer at the Center for Training in the Judiciary and State Prosecutor's Office, she earned 837 euros, 2.223 from the refund of overpaid contributions to the Tax Administration, while she was paid 245 euros in per diem for official travel.
She owns a 42 square meter apartment, and with her husband, she owns a 50 square meter apartment with a 78 percent share.
Her husband, Srđa Božović, earned around 36.000 euros from his salary at the Mediterranean University last year, and 19.189 from his pension. He owns two apartments, measuring 102 and 46 square meters, and a meadow measuring 2.514, which he inherited. He also owns four pistols and a hunting rifle.
The Božovićs also have paintings, and they have around 54.000 euros in their checking account.
Judge Katarina Đurđić received a salary of 2024 to 1.833 euros in 2.317. She earned 1.505 euros from lecturing at the Center for Training in the Judiciary and State Prosecutor's Office.
She owns a 39 square meter apartment, which she acquired by purchase. She is repaying a housing loan of 43.500 euros and has a credit card debt of 1.000 euros. She has a term savings deposit of 12.000 euros and two non-term deposits in the amount of 8.871 and 267 euros.
Her common-law husband Saša Mlinar earned around 14.000 euros in the Army from his basic salary and scholarship. He has 5.429 euros in his checking account.
Judge Milenka Žižić received a salary of between 1.957 and 3.182 euros last year. As the president of the Program Council and Program Committee of the Center for Training in the Judiciary and State Prosecutor's Office, she earned around 5.892 euros, as a lecturer she earned around 2.948 euros, and from her membership in the Bar Exam Commission she earned 1.371 euros.
As a "Help course tutor" she received 750 euros from the Council of Europe, as a coordinator for negotiating chapter 24 an additional 493, and from "Lovćen Insurance" based on a life insurance premium 2.796 euros.
She owns two apartments, 90 and 42 square meters, and two garage spaces of 15 square meters each, and the basis for the acquisition is stated to be a purchase. She has 13.500 in cash, as well as shares in "Plantaže" and Željezara. She pays a loan of 13.000 euros for the garage space. She also owns a weapon "hs produkt - HA 11-9X19" that she bought in 2022.
Judge Tatjana Ljujić received a salary of up to 2.602 euros last year. She earned 2.000 euros from lecturing at the Judicial Training Center.
She owns a 50 square meter apartment, acquired through purchase. She is repaying a cash loan of 25.000, and has a debt of 2.000 euros on her shopping card and an allowed deficit of 2.056.
Her husband Velibor Ljujić earned 3.343 euros from his pension, while he earned 2.700 euros annually from other income as the director of a private company. He owns a 133-square-meter house, 287 square meters of construction land, and inherited 13.587 square meters of meadow and about 3.000 square meters of forest.
He owns four cars - a Citroen, 1987, a Ford Transit, 1995, a Volkswagen, 1982, and a Volkswagen Golf 4, 1998. Ljujić has a 100 percent stake in other legal entities - Trio Trade and Senkina Djeca. He is repaying a cash loan of 10.800 euros, and also has securities.

Supreme Court judge Marijana Pavićević earned between 2.297 and 2.781 euros per month last year for performing that function.
For her membership in the commission for normative activities, the Council for the Evaluation of Judges of the Higher Court in Podgorica and Bijelo Polje, and as the president of the second-instance disciplinary commission of the Notary Chamber, she earned an additional 6.505 euros.
She received 1.350 euros from her engagement at the institution, which was not specified.
Pavićević owns a 149+5 square meter house, as well as a vineyard and 500 square meters of meadows. Since 2007, she has been repaying a housing loan of 50.000 euros in monthly installments of 304 euros.
Her husband Veljko Pavićević inherited a house measuring 33+33+72 square meters, meadows, forests and pastures, while he bought a 40 square meter apartment and a 12 square meter garage. He has 20.528 euros in his checking account and a term savings deposit of 2.035 euros.
Veljko Pavićević is employed at a bank, and his asset declaration states that the amount of his salary is confidential information known to ASK.
He earned an additional 4.000 euros from the rent, and is repaying two loans, of 76.000 and 9.900 euros.
The Pavićevićs have shares in the HLT fund, and her husband also has shares in a bank.
The judge drives a 2013 Renault Clio, and her husband drives a 2018 QASHQAI.
Their son Petar Pavićević reported a monthly income of 170 euros, and his son Đorđe Pavićević received a scholarship of 2.640 euros.
Judge Ranko Vukić received between 1.967 and 3.245 euros per month. As a lecturer, he earned 550 euros.
He owns a one-room apartment of 39 square meters, acquired by purchase, and 21.901 square meters of fields, pastures and forests, acquired under a contract on the transfer of property for life.
Vukić has shares in the “Simo Milošević” Institute, “Napredtka Kotor Ad”, “Plantaže 13. jul” and CGES. He drives a “Toyota Rav”, 2010 model.
His wife, Dragana Labović Vukić, owns a 60-square-meter apartment, acquired based on a gift agreement. She inherited forests and meadows.
She earned around 2.000 euros from lecturing at the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education in Nikšić, and 575 euros at the Training Center for the Judiciary and State Prosecutor's Office and the Human Resources Administration.

Judge Zoran Šćepanović received a monthly salary of 2.662 to 4.067 euros last year. As a member of the Council for the Evaluation of Judges' Work, he earned 2.250 euros from compensation for the disciplinary commission for the work of public enforcement officers and lectures.
There are 51.511 euros in the current account.
He owns a "Golf 2", 1991, and a "Passat", 2015.
Judge Jelena Čabarkapa received a salary of 2024 to 1.856 euros in 2.650. As a member of the Commission for Taking the Notary Exam, she earned 1.134 euros. She saved 10.000 euros.
Her husband, Goran Čabarkapa, earned 20.336 euros in income from the company. He owns two apartments, measuring 74 and 91 square meters, and 7.879 square meters of land.

Judge Ana Vuković received between 2.514 and 3.200 euros last year. She earned 1.776 euros from her membership in the Bar Exam Commission, and about 1.000 euros from her regular work in the organization. She is repaying an 80.000 euro housing loan in installments of 520 euros.
Judge Jelena Ružičić earned between 1.665 and 2.376 euros last year. As the president of the Expert Expert Commission, she earned 568 euros, 650 euros from lectures at the Judicial and Public Prosecutor's Office Training Center, 1.319 euros in payments based on incorrectly calculated past work, and 1.250 euros as a national tutor on the creation of an online course for the Council of Europe.

She earned an additional 2.702 euros from lecturing at the Judicial and Prosecutorial Training Center.
Her husband Zdravko Šoškić owns a 62-square-meter apartment and a 211-square-meter field, and her daughter Lana Šoškić has a 50 percent share in the ownership of the 72-square-meter apartment.
