Parliament Speaker Andrija Mandić said that he carefully listened to everything that was said in parliament, and that "democracy is both criticism and support."

"A large number of accusations have been heard here. Much of what has been said is not true, but in political struggle everything is allowed. Opposition colleagues have the right to say things that they think are not the most fortunately said and that are harsh, and to expect that everyone who has heard them will believe the accusations and vote for them in the next elections. I have been in politics for a long time. Sometimes a fabrication comes back like a boomerang," he said.

He stated that the DPS emerged from the League of Communists and was in alliance with Slobodan Milošević, and that it stole its ideology from the Liberal Alliance.

"How come they don't mention the first referendum, but emphasize the second one," he said, adding that "DPS has forgotten part of its history."

Manidć said that he was "talking about the future", and that Montenegro could be the next member of the European Union (EU).

"Just as I was the same in '92 at what DPS was. I've been the same ever since. I've lived since the sixth grade of elementary school at the same address - in the house my father built. I haven't increased my wealth by a single cent, without what I inherited from my parents," he said.

"Regarding my nephew, whom you called names and who is in the pretrial detention center. Not to separate him from my son... I do not renounce those closest to me. Unlike those who were ready to betray their relatives from 1941 to 1945. We must stick to each other. If someone has broken the law - there are no different standards for my nephew, my son, or me," he said.

After telling DPS MPs not to "take on the role of judge," that party's MP Oskar Huter added, "and you can."

Mandić pointed out that "an honest man, Milan Paunović," said something at the committee, and that "Raspopović and Goran Žugić were members of the DPS."

"People were killed, cigarettes, drugs and weapons were smuggled. I am not accusing any of you... Today you are the DPS elite. Do not defend their misdeeds. You did not do that. Why are you advocating for the youth and political careers of those who were ready for it? They took billions of euros and killed people. Why are you explaining to us that they created Montenegro when they were with me in '92 and said that we should protect a common state. Why are you skipping over a part of the party's history?" he told DPS MPs.

Mandić announced that his wife was not accepted into the competition at the Aluminum Plant, "and today the story of Belgrade on the water is being launched."

"Let's make efforts to continue and make life better in Montenegro. Never before have young people traveled like now," said the head of parliament, to which Huter replied, "with what passport?"

The president of the DPS parliamentary group, Andrija Nikolić, pointed out that it was heard today that the National Security Agency (ANB) killed former Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Đinđić, and that the reason was actually a tip-off that their turn would come after the arrest of Milošević, which was ruled in a court in Serbia.

Nikolić said that the Special Operations Unit (JSO) of the Serbian State Security did not participate in the assassination of Đinđić because someone ordered it to do so, but because the military service led by Aco Tomic explained to it that after Milošević's arrest and extradition to The Hague, people from the JSO would be next.

"That's why they shot the Serbian Prime Minister," Nikolić said.

"Milo Đukanović's biggest sin in your eyes is the restoration of independence. You would forgive him all his sins. When it comes to Serbia, he can do anything - even kill Stambolić, Đinđić, Ćuruvija. You have never distanced yourself from the leadership of Serbia. And in Montenegro, he can do nothing. That is your policy," Nikolić told Mandić.

He added that they "were obligated to provide answers to the citizens" and asked Mandić if he had sued Nikola Jovanović as he had announced, because the mayor of Budva said that the head of parliament has a house in Platamuni.

Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Zdenka Popović announced that the debate was over and that the vote was about to begin.

After the vote, Popović took a break.

President and MP of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Danijel Živković pointed out that Mandić is a representative of a policy "that has not wanted Montenegro to be a state since its founding."

"Andrija Mandić's goal is the Podgorica Assembly, which caused Montenegro to disappear. The Podgorica Assembly is being celebrated, and he is calling for the Petrovic family. Mandić fought wholeheartedly to prevent Montenegro from becoming part of the NATO alliance," Živković announced.

Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Boris Pejović (PES) said that "everything that bothers DPS about PES does not bother the coalition partners in Budva."

"Your coalition partners said that you were leading the Montenegrin Cup. That's what Ranko Krivokapić said. At that time, your investors were from Russia," said Pejović.

Živković responded that Independence Day was celebrated in Budva, and that the coalition in that municipality is proof "that DPS is not an anti-Serbian party."

"We do not support Montenegro not being independent, not being a state of the people, not leaving NATO, and you support it, Mr. Pejović," Živković said.

Albanian Alliance MP Ilir Čapuni said at the beginning of his speech that there was no translation into his native language, but also that he was the only MP who did not participate in committees or who had an office.

Croatian Civic Initiative (HGI) MP Adrijan Vuksanović announced that his party and the Democratic Union of Albanians (DUA) will vote for Mandić's dismissal.

He said that Mandić was defending Pavle Đurišić, not congratulating him on Independence Day.

Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) MP Nikola Rakočević called Mandić a "politician of the past."

He said that the narrative of the parties of the former Democratic Front (DF) is that anyone who opposes them is "anti-Serb".

"Petar Komnenić, with whom we disagree ideologically, but who is a great fighter for media freedom, has recently become anti-Serb," Rakočević said.

17h AM

Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) MP Aleksandra Vuković Kuč said that Mandić's security team includes people who have been convicted and could attack "her, Andrija Nikolić, Zoja Bojanić Lalović..."

"If he is not a safe MP, how can he be a citizen?" she asked. Vuković Kuč added that today Serbs are "the biggest victims of Mandić's enrichment and arrogance."

"Come, Speaker of the Assembly, and tell us whose house is in Platamuni. The victim is the Serbs, because in their name he betrayed all Serbian sacred things, and he is getting rich and arrogant," she said.

Europe Now (PES) MP Nađa Laković said that they "slander Mandić", but they don't mind being at the head of the Inquiry Committee.

"I was against it being who it is, because an executioner cannot interrogate his victims. You are on the committee as much as we are, so I guess it is in your interest that the truth comes out," she said.

17h AM

We will not support the dismissal of Andrija Mandić, said Europe Now Movement (PES) MP Branka Marković.

17h AM

The president of the Europe Now Movement (PES) parliamentary group, Vasilije Čarapić, has urged the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) to support the laws from the Berlin Agenda.

"Let us enter the EU, and we will divide ourselves," Čarapić emphasized.

Independent MP Jevrosima Pejović said that Mandić "found himself in the Parliament to fulfill his mission."

"We see what people are ready for a handful of power. It simply sounds like a TLN sketch when the doctors from Megaternd gather around the Speaker of the Assembly to defend projects from the DPS era. It's great that citizens can watch the masquerade because almost everyone has forgotten that at the next session you plan to sell us your grandfather's estate, and given the topics they are dealing with - they would play war a little. I am glad that citizens see who is protecting Mandić, and how his partners from the Bosniak Party (BS) are saving him by not coming," she said.

17h AM

Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) MP Jevto Eraković pointed out that "Mandić's umbrella covers the Bosniak Party (BS) and the Albanian Forum."

"A vote for PES is a vote for Mandić and his policies. This political fraud has led to citizens who do not support it voting for that policy. For 35 years, he has been on the side of Radovan Karadžić and Ratko Mladić. Does that bother BS? Mandić advocated against Montenegro recognizing Kosovo. He has been a great opponent of NATO and the EU for 35 years. His supporters burned NATO flags. How can we look the mother of Srebrenica, the EU and NATO partners, all well-intentioned citizens in the eye?" asked Eraković.

17h AM

The president of the Social Democrats (SD) parliamentary group, Boris Mugoš, pointed out that "this is not a story today about Mandić, who, 19 years after the restoration of independence, sits in the chair of the Speaker of the Parliament and does not congratulate the national holiday."

"He doesn't mind an independent Montenegro when he receives privileges and travels around the world representing that same Montenegro. This is not a story about Mandić who violates the Constitution 18 years after its adoption. It is not a story about Mandić who wanted Montenegro to be the 27th electoral unit, not to be a member of NATO, who reduced the number of control hearings, allowed for fewer prime minister's hours than planned, who prevents the rule of law by keeping the prosecutor's emergency files in the drawer... Let me remind you, we only have four judges of the Constitutional Court. This is not a story about Mandić, but about you - your integrity, political courage and backbone," Mugoša emphasized.

He added that he believes "the agony will end in the 2027 parliamentary elections and local elections in one day."

"This madness too will pass," he said.

Socialist People's Party (SNP) MP Slađana Kaluđerović said that the initiative to remove Mandić is a hypocritical act "because it was initiated by the DPS, which has held the Parliament as private property for 30 years," and that the goal is to divert attention from the fight against organized crime.

"Now that someone who is not DPS's size is in the position of the President of the Parliament, they are bothered. And when Milivoje Katnić and Zoran Lazović were in the institutions, they did not mind. DPS is no longer the center of political power," Kaluđerović said. Europe Now Movement (PES) MP Jelena Nedović said that the GP URA brought down the government of Zdravko Krivokapić, and that DPS gave them minority support, so that they have no right to call anyone "button MPs".

She pointed out that after the change of government in 2020, individuals close to the DPS were stirring up controversy among the people with inscriptions on religious buildings, and that it was revealed in the Sky correspondence that Petar Lazović was the one who ordered this.

"Montenegro is not ready for your victory because our system has been absolutely devastated. We are only now building institutions," Nedović pointed out.

President and MP of the Democratic People's Party (DNP) Milan Knežević, who has since returned to the Parliament, announced that "his weapon is the truth."

"All the documentation about the crimes from the 2000s is in the possession of people close to me and they will publish it when necessary. Došan Spasojević Šiptar received Montenegrin citizenship in 1998 and lived at Hotska 18 in Podgorica. The same was true of Mile Luković Kuma, who lived at Mališe Vukovića Street in Mojkovac," he said, adding that all the documentation will be with the Inquiry Board.

"Milan Knežević did not work for the BIA, nor for the ANB, and he did not kill Đinđić," he said. The president and MP of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Danijel Živković, showed pictures of Radomir Marković, Milorad Ulemek Legija and Zvezdan Jovanović.

"These theses that the Montenegrin state leadership is behind the murder of Đinđić. And here is a picture of Luka Bojović in the so-called 'Ćaciland' where he defends the regime of Aleksandar Vučić," he said, showing a picture of Bojović in Pionirski Park in Belgrade.

The president of the Europe Now Movement (PES) parliamentary group, Vasilije Čarapić, told the Civic Movement URA MP Filip Adžić that he does not know where their "mayoral candidate" is today, and that the leader of the URA GP Dritan Abazović said that "Mandić is one of the three best politicians in Montenegro", but that even while he was prime minister, he constantly met with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.

Adžić told Čarapić that they should not be compared to the DPS and DF, but that they have always remained their own.

"You, with the most mandates, have become the DF's pendant," Adžić pointed out.

16h AM

After the break, Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) MP Ivan Vuković read a quote from Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić in which he said that he got drunk three times - when Red Star Belgrade was the European champion and when Slavko Ćuruvija and Zoran Đinđić were murdered.

"I think that today, since the director of the ANB has been elected for a full term, he should examine relations with foreign security services. The BIA recorded the conversation with me, and I said clearly and loudly what I think about Knežević and Serbian politics...", Vuković said.

Civic Movement (GP) URA MP Filip Adžić assessed that there is chaos in the Parliament.

"I must say that we made our position on Mr. Mandić known a long time ago when we did not allow him to take on any position," he pointed out.

As he added, it is good for citizens to see how "230.711 citizens who voted for independence are being identified with criminals."

"We could list until tomorrow what Mandić does not recommend for office. I will just list some where the majority stated that they are ideologically the same as him. I will start with the Parliament logo where he justified the darkest period of Montenegrin history. There was no reaction even when the rights of minority peoples were threatened... Also, there was silence here when the procedural law to organize control hearings was violated. There was silence when RTCG was captured, when party decisions were made about RTCG vice governors, when there was talk of genocides and criminals, when our officials were banned from entering neighboring countries - EU members," he said.

"The key goal of this session is to show citizens how the parties that sold themselves to citizens under the guise of a European Montenegro and the rule of law sold themselves out to Andrija Mandić," Adžić pointed out.

He said that they cannot "under the guise of investments" tear Montenegro apart, and "under the guise of fighting crime" fight against their own state.

"I can't collapse every institution, quarrel with all my neighbors over loyalty to one man," he said.

Adžić announced that citizens who voted for civic and minority parties did not support convicted persons and persons who violate the integrity of neighboring states, attack people with official vehicles...

"This is an ideal opportunity to see who you voted for and who takes care of their own interests, as well as those of others. But not those of others from this country, but from a neighboring country," he said.

16h AM

Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) MP Ivan Vuković recalled that after supporting students in Belgrade, he was detained by the Security and Information Agency (BIA), that he was held for two hours, and that 95 percent of the conversation was about politics.

"We had the thesis that the referendum was stolen, that the 2007 Constitution was bad, and that the ANB was guilty of the murder of Đinđić. I heard all three theses that day from members of the BIA," he said.

President and MP of the Democratic People's Party (DNP), Milan Knežević, announced that he was called that day to urge the President of Serbia to release Vuković, and that he should hold a picture of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić "because he urged it."

"Not to mention what you said about your associates and Đukanović at the BIA station, but if you force me, I will do that too," he pointed out.

After that, a break was given.

During the break, DPS MP Oskar Huter told the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Zdenka Popović that "this is the bottom of the bottom today", and DPS MP Aleksandra Vuković Kuč told her "shame on you".

The president and MP of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Danijel Živković announced that the president and MP of the Democratic People's Party (DNP) Milan Knežević "loves Serbia and Montenegro equally", and that he should call for an investigation into the murder of Slavko Ćuruvija, which occurred "when Vučić was the Minister of Information".

"Or call for an investigation into the murders of Ivan Stambolic and Zoran Djindjic. You claim that Montenegro was founded on crime and corruption. That is a thesis that stems from military circles in Serbia. And you have a man in Serbia who has gathered around him - Milan Radojicic, Andrej Vucic, Zvonko Veselinovic, Luka Bojovic. Bojovic is allowed to have a legal business and controls customs. And you know who Bojovic is, what the JSO was," said Živković.

Knežević said that Živković said that "he should ask Vučić who killed Đinđić, Stambolic and Ćuruvija", and that he would share his findings.

"Đinđić was killed by the Zemun clan, to whom Vukašin Maraš gave ID cards - and to Mile Luković Kum, and Dušan Spasojević Šiptar. They were serviced by Slaviša Šćekić in Budva, when the assassination attempt was made on Vuk Drašković. I openly suspect that the ANB, by giving ID cards to Šiptar and Kum, enabled the assassination of Đinđić in order to speed up the referendum. As for that part, the Inquiry Committee will show that the Zemun clan, in cooperation with the ANB, killed Đinđić and there will be blood on the hands of the Montenegrin state. Instead of running away from Đukanović and Filip Vujanović, you took on their guilt. Those who killed Baja Sekulić, Duško Jovanović, Goran aŽugić, and beat up Momir Vojvodić, Željko Ivanoivić," Knežević pointed out.

He added that the DPS invited representatives of Aleksandar Vučić's Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) to the congress, and that Nikola Selaković attended, saying that relations between Serbia and Montenegro had never been better, but that in the meantime the DPS had "moved towards the church and God", wanting to create a "party church in which Đukanović is God".

Živković told Knežević "not to make fun of him", and that Đinđić was killed by the Special Operations Unit (JSO), not someone from Montenegro.

"Do you know where Luka Bojović is today?" asked Živković, adding that he is in Serbia.

"You should know that if you are friends with Vučić," he said.

Knežević said that he would go to "a hidden place where his documentation is" and in 20 minutes read "how the members of the Zemun clan were serviced."

"You are a bigger Serb than me, Mr. Živković, because you are from Pljevlja, which coincidentally belonged to Montenegro, and is closer in mentality to Serbia," he said.

Živković said that Zvezdan Jovanović, Milorad Ulemek, and Legija were sentenced to 40 years for the murder of Đinđić... and that he would check whose documents the members of the Škaljari and Kavač clans had.

15h AM

The president of the Social Democrats (SD) parliamentary group, Boris Mugoša, assessed that the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Zdenka Popović, "is behaving in a way that she should not."

"You are neither the moral vertical of society, nor anyone's parent," he pointed out.

Vuković quoted an Italian proverb that says that "the highest place in hell is reserved for the neutral in a moral crisis."

President and MP of the Democratic People's Party (DNP), Milan Knežević, said that if he exceeds his time, he will use the time of the Bosniak Party (BS).

He added that the celebration of June 3 was not marked by half of the Assembly, but he also recalled yesterday's hearing at the Inquiry Committee.

"What kind of country is it, it's good that we are alive, and not to congratulate something that, as we had the opportunity to hear, was created on the fiasco and needs of one man - Milo Đukanović. The problem is not in Mandić, but about the unwillingness to accept the fact that a Serb is in position. That is their post-referendum vision. I will quote a member of the Kavač clan and a member of the DPS, 'there is no state that will let us kill the next enemies'," Knežević pointed out.

As he added, fugitive police officer Ljubo Milović said on the Skaja application that more people were upset with the DPS on August 30th than with the referendum, but that he could not wait for the criminal clans to admit how they financed the referendum.

"Montenegro's independence neither began on May 21st with Milo Đukanović, nor ended with his removal. They would forgive us if we congratulated them on Independence Day in the 'Grahovac' restaurant, where DPS functionaries sang Thompson's songs - from 'Jasenovac and Gradiška stara, that's the house of Maks' butchers' to those dedicated to the Croatian generals who participated in Operation Storm," said Knežević.

He said that he might be able to pay for the canteen to Zoran Lazović, who defended Montenegro from "the coup d'état in 2016 when they wanted to return the Romanovs to the imperial throne."

"Or if we went to Blaž Milov Đukanović. Here, he's already got 20 million euros, as if he were playing for Real Madrid. Or if we went to Krnovo to spin like on a merry-go-round until our consciousness turns, and then congratulate him as a successful businessman. Or if we met Alabar, whose mother swore to invest in Montenegro because Milo and Blažo were eager for some condolences from some sheikh. If we do all this and remove Mandić, I will nominate Severina for the Speaker of the Parliament. The one whose backside was covered by the double-headed eagle from Vučji dol and Bregalnica," Knežević announced.

Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) MP Ivan Vuković announced that Mandić has been who he is his entire political life, but that the things that are happening are not happening because of that, but that it is possible thanks to his coalition partners.

"You are ten times worse than Mandić in a political sense," Vuković pointed out.

The president of the Europe Now Movement (PES) parliamentary group, Vasilije Čarapić, said that Vuković's speech was comical, pointing out that he mentioned revisionism, and that DPS was talking as if Slavko Perović was in the Parliament, and not the DPS that "stormed Dubrovnik".

"You are living revisionism," Čarapić pointed out.

As he added, DPS is a "walking hypocrite".

"A party whose honorary president hated chess because of the chessboard came to the program of the Liberal Alliance, whose members he persecuted," Čarapić announced.

Vuković recalled the case of Adolf Eichmann, who was tried for the Holocaust, and who defended himself by saying "he was just doing his job." Čarapić responded that comparing him to a person who participated in the Holocaust was "so banal" and that "a good person cannot say that."

"What I can say is that after two years of being involved in politics, I can walk down the street with my head held high. If history were measured by merit, I am sure that our names would be written in golden letters. My name, the name of Mr. Pejović, Prime Minister Spajić will be written in golden letters. And the question is what will Milo Đukanović's name be," said Čarapić.

15h AM

The president of the DPS parliamentary group, Andrija Nikolić, assessed that "Čarapić does not even know how to disguise his parliamentary position."

Speaking about yesterday's session of the Inquiry Committee, he announced that long-time official of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Police Administration, Milan Paunović, should apologize because he said yesterday that the state attacked his son, and then musician Bato Vujošević denied it.

"When you talk about Montenegro from the pre-referendum period, do you know what the essence is? Montenegro, with all its challenges, divided, was better than the then Serbia and the state union. And the referendum and everything after it showed that. Montenegro was ahead thanks to strategic leadership. Both when there were murders and when there were clans. Have you asked your colleagues from the majority whether they renounced Slobodan Milošević and the murders associated with his regime?", Nikolić pointed out.

The president of the Europe Now Movement (PES) parliamentary group, Vasilije Čarapić, responded that his story was like someone saying that "Mijo Martinović fell silent at an Autogenic Training concert."

"Let's not go into denial and single out musicians who will deny certain circumstances. Regardless of Bata Vujošević's position, we cannot deny that some dark things happened. Today, Montenegro is a country that has made some progress in terms of human rights, and that progress increased when you stopped being the government. I would not compare Montenegro to Serbia and I would like it to progress more than it and any other country, because Montenegro is my country," Čarapić emphasized.

As he added, as much as he loves the future, one must also look at the past and correct injustices.

15h AM

The president of the Europe Now Movement (PES) parliamentary group, Vasilije Čarapić, said that the initiative to remove Parliament Speaker Andrija Mandić was being submitted in order to put pressure on minority parties and "make their situation worse", and to "get across that PES is worse than Mandić", while Mandić himself is the least of their problems.

"Every six months or a year we have an initiative, essentially with the aim of homogenizing our electorate, which is necessary for DPS after the elections in Nikšić where they failed to form a government," he pointed out.

He added that they represent the PES, and that their politics are different, but that at least one more chapter will be closed in a month.

"We are progressing towards the EU thanks to our policies, and salaries are also higher thanks to PES and the policies we represent. We are a better government than they were when they were in power," he said. Čarapić emphasized that for them the EU is a job, that they have to work, and that as soon as they get started, they get results.

"The goal of this is to start a narrative that they are against someone. DPS must have enemies - today it's Mandić, tomorrow Vučić... because that's the only way they can survive. Today they are targeting one man, tomorrow they will target another. We are looking to the future," said Čarapić.

15h AM

Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Zdenka Popović pointed out that the president and MP of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Danijel Živković, violated the rules of procedure by uttering harsh words and insults about a man who was not present.

The president of the Europe Now Movement (PES) parliamentary group, Vasilije Čarapić, called Vojo Laković a victim of the previous regime.

"We take these threats very personally, because someone from Vojo Laković's family is in our ranks and I think we will never return to the period that Mr. (Milan) Paunović described yesterday at the Inquiry Committee," he pointed out.

PES MP Nađa Laković said that they as a family have suffered a lot, but that they are also waiting for the moment when the truth will come to light.

"For the childhood you took away, I will give it back to you," she told DPS MPs.

Živković said that he felt "as if he were on the show", not that Laković had told Hutter in the message "that he would not be able to walk around Montenegro if he continued like this".

Laković threw him a "Shame on you"

The president of the DPS parliamentary group, Andrija Nikolić, took the opportunity to congratulate June 3rd - the date when Montenegro was internationally recognized, pointing out that no one from the majority did this.

"Montenegro is the only country in the world where it is possible for high-ranking officials to become people who do not love their country," he said.

He added that there are a large number of Serbs in the immediate vicinity, but that the difference between them and people from the majority is in their asset records, because they have become "richer than anyone from the DPS parliamentary group."

"The Mayor of Budva has accused you of being the owner of a house in the hinterland of Tagorski pijesak beach. You have not explained your relationship with Aleksandar Karločan, the coordinator of the 'Belgrade on the Water' project. Previously, you wanted to start revolutions because of more serious projects, and today you are silent because of this Spajić case with ALabar. You are silent about the attempted aggravated murder, as the prosecution called the case of a member of your personal security, and today it is being reclassified. So who are you kidding? You have arrested every institution in Montenegro. And today you come to talk about morality. And you have not answered our question about how a person with a criminal record is, it has nothing to do with the fact that he is a member of your family... how did you introduce him to be a member of your security? And who authorized him to drive a vehicle that belongs to the President of the Parliament," Nikolić pointed out.

He added that the prosecution qualified the case as "someone shot someone in the legs," and that this sends a message that everyone does it, because it is not an attempted murder.

"What's worse than that, MP Mandić, is that you never congratulate citizens on their national holiday. You sit in the chair of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, which you do not recognize. And anyone who allows you to sit in it is worse than you. You have political integrity - you do not change sides. You said, there will be other means, and these manipulators who present themselves as a civic movement allow you to carry out your intention. Maybe there would be no strike against the recognition of Kosovo if you had come to office earlier. Maybe you would not throw props, it would be more peaceful. On the other hand, maybe as a citizen of Serbia, you could be arrested for high treason because you support the government that is sending soldiers to the KFOR mission in Kosovo. But they are not arrested, because this government serves Belgrade and the Serbian Orthodox Church," Nikolić said.

As he added, Mandić's task is to become "the Montenegrin version of (Serbian President) Aleksandar Vučić." "Vučić also tried to whitewash his biography of a radical nationalist and present himself as a partner of the West," Nikolić lamented.

Mandić said that he would eventually answer everything he was asked.

14h AM

DPS President and MP Danijel Živković responded procedurally, saying that former Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić's security advisor Vojo Lakovć, while appearing on Television of Montenegro, made threats to his party's MP Oskar Hutter.

"A message to Vojo Laković and those around him - we are here if you want to do something, and statements are like hanging the cat by the tail," he emphasized.

14h AM

The Assembly session, which was scheduled for 13 p.m., began around 14.45:XNUMX p.m.

The first item that the deputies are discussing is the initiative of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) and the Social Democrats (SD) to remove the Speaker of the Parliament, Andrija Mandić.

The head of parliament said that he could not preside, and that Vice President Zdenka Popović would do so, but that she would be in the hall and answer questions.

Popović read at the beginning that Jelena Nedović from the Europe Now Movement (PES) is no longer a member of the Security and Defense Committee.
