Europe Now Movement (PES) MP Dane Marković was elected today as a member of the Committee on Security and Defense of the Parliament of Montenegro.
45 MPs voted for Marković at today's session of the Assembly.
He will replace his party colleague Jelena Nedović in that position.
The Administrative Committee decided earlier today that it would propose to the Assembly that Marković be elected as a member of the Committee on Security and Defense.
The decision was made unanimously, by the votes of the ruling majority MPs, and the session was not attended by the opposition MPs.
Today, Parliament also noted Nedović's resignation as a member of the Security and Defense Committee.
