Member of the Main Board of the Socialist People's Party (SNP), Milan Bulatović, announced that he did not vote for the dissolution of the SNP board in Herceg Novi at the session of that party body, although his name was among those who voted for that decision.
"I have not been informed by the party headquarters that an electronic session of the Main Board has been scheduled to vote on the dissolution of the Herceg Novi Municipal Board," said Bulatović, a member of the SNP's Kolasin board.
"I did not vote as a member of the Main Board of the Kolasin Municipal Government, and if I had been contacted, I would have been explicitly against it," he said.

Bulatović says he reviewed the voting list at the electronic session, which states that he voted for the dismissal.
"I was not contacted at all, let alone voted to dissolve the Herceg Novi Municipal Assembly. From what I hear in communication with colleagues from the Main Board, unfortunately, I am not the only one," he said.
