The leader of the Movement for the City and a councilor of that group of citizens, Đorđe Zenović, asked the President of the Municipal Assembly, Petar Odžić, to schedule a Collegium of Councilors' Clubs for tomorrow with one item - holding the 6th session of the Budva Municipal Assembly.
Odžić made the decision today to postpone tomorrow's session of the Budva Municipal Assembly because, as he explained, they did not receive approval from the relevant ministry for the Temporary Facilities Program.
"Based on Article 34, paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Budva Municipal Council, on behalf of the 'Movement for the City' club of councilors, I propose that you schedule the Collegium of Councilor Clubs for Wednesday, with one item on the agenda: holding the 6th session of the Budva Municipal Council. Namely, since all assembly committees have completed their work and considered the proposed items for the 6th session, the conditions have been created for the session to be held on Thursday and for the proposed items to be considered and possibly adopted. I emphasize that the Program for the Installation of Temporary Facilities was not in the convocation for the session scheduled for tomorrow, and since the competent committees have already unanimously declared their support for the majority of the proposed items, and most of them are councilors from the BNG and DPS, we see no obstacle to holding the session on Thursday in the morning. When and if approvals for the Program for Temporary Facilities are received, we can declare it at a special session," said Zenović.
