World-renowned Montenegrin artist Miloš Karadaglić was the guest of honor at the ceremonial reception hosted by President Jakov Milatović at the residence in Cetinje on the occasion of July 13 - Montenegro's Statehood Day.
The President's Office announced that special importance was given to the presence of Karadaglić at the reception, who, according to protocol practice, arrived last, symbolically marking him as the guest of honor of the evening.
"The protocol honor went to Karadaglić, as a true ambassador of Montenegrin culture and art in the world," the statement said.
It is stated that Milatović expressed deep respect for Karadaglić, emphasizing that Montenegro must know how to appreciate its most valuable individuals, especially when their work transcends borders and builds bridges of understanding and appreciation through the universal language of art.
The President's Office stated that Karadaglić is one of the most prominent classical guitarists of today, who was included in the list of "Six Best Classical Guitarists of the Last Century" by the reputable BBC Music Magazine.
They said that his albums are achieving top results on the world's classical music charts, and his concerts fill concert halls around the world.
