Gusinje is adorned with exceptional natural beauty that represents significant tourism potential, said the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Andrija Mandić, in his congratulatory message to the leadership and citizens of the municipality of Gusinje on the occasion of the Municipality Day, wishing them health, progress and prosperity.
"Gusinje, located at the foot of one of the most impressive mountain ranges not only in the Balkans, but also in the whole of Europe, is adorned with exceptional natural beauties that represent significant tourist potential. We are pleased to witness that your municipality is positioning itself more and more clearly on the map of European ecotourism year after year, which is a reason for the pride of all of us in Montenegro," Mandić stated in his congratulatory message.
He added that precisely for this reason, the continued development of infrastructure in Gusinje is of particular importance, in order to ensure a better quality of life for citizens, but also to facilitate accessibility for all who want to experience the beauty of Prokletije and enjoy its natural charms.
"I would also like to express my gratitude to the numerous emigrants who, although far away, maintain strong ties with their homeland. Montenegro will not forget them and we will continue to work to ensure that they remain an important part of our community and to provide them with the right to become citizens of our country. Finally, I once again extend my warmest congratulations to you and all the citizens of Gusinje on the occasion of the Municipality Day, with wishes for health, harmony and prosperity," concluded Mandić.
