The president of the Rožaje branch of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and representative of the European Union, Rejhan Agović, called on the Bosniak Party to leave power and, together with them, call for early elections.
"Pavle Đurišić is a criminal who killed innocent civilians, members of my people. We have experienced two things: that my neighbors and their religious representatives are erecting a monument to him, while the state, police, prosecutor's office and government remain powerless in the face of these actions," Agović said.
According to him, if none of them is ready to remove "the monument to the ideology of the disappearance of my people from this country" and condemn all the actors in yesterday's event in Berane, "then face is at stake."
"We do not recognize such a government, and we do not want such a state - that is why we are demanding new elections, because such a political system is not acceptable to us. I especially call on the Bosniak Party to leave such a government and, together with us, demand early elections," the statement reads.
