Leković: Sokol caught in fraud once again

Democratic Party MP Momčilo Leković said that Croatian member of the European Parliament (EP) Tomislav Sokol is stating untruths, accusing him of being "Đukanović's paid spokesperson".

Sokol previously called the Deputy Prime Minister for Security, Defense, Fight against Crime and Internal Policy, and leader of the Democrats, Aleksa Bečić, a "Belgrade poltroon" because a post by that party on Facebook did not mention Croatia's assistance in extinguishing the fire in Montenegro.

Leković points out that Bečić has thanked Croatia for its support several times.

"Tomislav Sokol has gone from being a manipulator and promoter of fascism to being Milo Đukanović's errand boy. A trilogy of failure in one person. His stories bring nothing to Montenegro, but reek of fascism and servility. He is not a friend of Montenegro, but Đukanović's errand boy and a failed singer, ready to repeat what his boss orders him to for a few hundred euros. He did not come to defend Montenegro, but to earn a living, so everyone can see how petty and miserably he fits into his master's game," Leković announced.

He explained that the pilots left Croatia a few days before the photos published by the Democrats were taken.

"His words are not support, but a pathetic and transparent defense of those who belong where his political role model Sanader was. The pictures and 'evidence' he is waving around only confirm the lie, because the pilots of the country he is mentioning were not even there when the photo was taken, they left a few days earlier. So, once again he has been caught in a scam. Sokol, after all the lies you have spread, God forbid your last name. It's not that there is no Sokol here - there is no coward here either. All that is left is a scoundrel. Attached is evidence of the heinous lies of Đukanović's paid spokesperson," Leković wrote, submitting photos of the statements published so far.
