The government has tasked ministries, other administrative bodies and the General Secretariat to submit an analysis of the number of employees, as well as the number of systematized and vacant positions, and the number of employees whose work is no longer needed, Televizija Vijesti has learned.
According to the Dynamic Plan of Measures for Improving Administrative Capacity in Public Administration, adopted today by the Government, all administrative bodies should also submit data on the age structure of employees.
They are also required to submit data on the number of employees required for the tasks prescribed by the Regulation on Criteria for Internal Organization and Systematization of Jobs in State Administration Bodies, while the number of employees required for administrative needs is also required, in order to meet the final benchmarks related to the negotiation chapters.
