The countries of the Western Balkans must work together, in a spirit of cooperation and mutual trust - only in this way can we accelerate our European path and ensure the stability of the Balkans, said Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović.
"Tonight, at a working dinner with regional leaders as part of the Brdo-Brijuni Process summit in Durres, we are discussing good neighborly cooperation and our European future. Montenegro is a leader on the European path and I am convinced - the 28th member state of the European Union by 2028. Therefore, the draft EU Accession Treaty of our country would be a wind at the back for other candidate countries as well," Milatović wrote on Iks.
