PES Pljevlja: DPS did not even use vans to prevent the fiasco, they became a danger to the state and society

The Pljevlja Municipal Board of the Europe Now Movement (PES) announced today that the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) did not prevent the fiasco of the rally in Pljevlja, even with vans from Podgorica, Nikšić and Budva, and that the DPS has become a danger to the state and society.

The Pljevlja PES said this on the occasion of the protest rally that the DPS held in Pljevlja yesterday.

"The rally of supporters of the Democratic Party of Socialists, which had been announced for weeks, turned out to be a fiasco, which they were unable to prevent even by organizing the bringing of people in vans from Podgorica, Nikšić, Budva and Plav. This turn of events is not a surprise, the DPS lost trust a long time ago, and now, when evidence of their deep ties to criminal and business structures has become public, the last illusion of their integrity has disappeared," the PES Pljevlja statement states.

They added that "the citizens of Montenegro are currently witnessing the final exposure and dismantling of the essence of the DPS, its complete moral collapse and pervasive criminalization, and the truth about the neglect of all state and citizen interests in order to benefit its leadership and associated 'businessmen'."

"This is the last chance for DPS to repent. If there is still a single uncompromising individual there, now is the time for them to take the helm and try to save what little is left. Otherwise, this kind of DPS is not just a relic of the past - but a serious danger to the state and society of Montenegro," the Pljevlja-based PES statement reads.
