Europe Now Movement MP Gordan Stojović said that the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) is in a phase of "political and moral collapse."
He stated this, reacting to a text written by DPS MP Dragutin Papović.
"The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) is in a phase of political and moral decline, which is clearly visible after the arrests of their officials and financiers. The latest rally in Pljevlja only confirmed that support for this party is in free fall. Faced with the loss of citizens' trust and responsibility for numerous scandals, DPS representatives are trying to divert public attention from the arrests and their illegal activities, placing unfounded narratives and manipulative claims. In doing so, they misuse terms such as 'annexation', although the very definition of that word clearly indicates that it is a violent seizure of territory. There are no 'non-violent aggressions', as they are trying to present," Stojović stated.
They add that DPS worked "responsibly and in accordance with the law" in the previous period, so that now there would be no need "to refine and correct the shortcomings in the laws that they themselves created and adopted."
