The State Audit Institution (SAI) has audited the Annual Consolidated Financial Report of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) for 2024.
The Collegium, composed of: member of the Senate of the SAI, Dr. Milan Dabović - head of the Collegium and senator of the SAI, Dr. Branislav Radulović - member of the Collegium, expressed a positive opinion on the Annual Consolidated Financial Report and a positive opinion on the regularity of DPS's operations for 2024.
"Through the financial audit of the Annual Consolidated Financial Report of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro for 2024, the competent Collegium of the SAI gained reasonable assurance that it was prepared and presented fairly, in all material respects, in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework," the statement reads.
The regularity audit determined that the auditee's financial and other activities complied in all material aspects with the legal and other regulations identified as criteria for the audit in question.
"The final report on the audit of the Annual Consolidated Financial Report of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro for 2024 was submitted for information to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, in accordance with the Protocol on Cooperation," the statement reads.
