Pejović: Europe recognizes responsible partners, not those who cheer for Montenegro's failure due to its loss of power

The new eight million euros that the European Union approved for Montenegro through the Growth Plan are the best answer to all those who spread lies that these funds were "lost", announced the Secretary General of the Europe Now Movement (PES) Boris Pejović.

"While some opposition politicians were cheering against their own country and calling for failure, the Government of Montenegro worked — and delivered results. Europe recognizes responsible partners, not those who are cheering for Montenegro's failure due to the loss of power. Today it is completely clear: all the 'exclusive information' and 'warnings' about Montenegro's collapse have proven to be what they are — an empty political wish for the country to be worse off. Despite this, Montenegro is moving forward. The results remain — and untruths always return to those who spread them," the statement reads.
