The Higher State Prosecutor's Office (VDT) in Bijelo Polje has assessed that there are no grounds for initiating criminal proceedings against the president of Free Montenegro Vladislav Dajković, regarding the event of the installation of a monument to Pavle Đurišić in Gornji Zaostr near Berane.
As "Vijesti" has learned, a case has been opened at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office regarding the publication of the events of August 8 on the road to Gornje Zaostro on Vladislav Dajković's Instagram profile.
"On that occasion, Vladislav Dajković obstructed municipal service officials in executing the decision to remove the monument to Pavle Đurišic. After collecting information, it was determined that there were no grounds for initiating criminal proceedings," Vijesti learned from the VDT.
The prosecutor's office emphasizes that due to the events in the aforementioned recording, the Berane Police Department filed a request with the Berane Misdemeanor Court to initiate misdemeanor proceedings for obstructing officials in the performance of their official duties.
