The European Commission confirmed in its latest report that Montenegro is making progress in key segments - public administration reform, digital transformation and, to a certain extent, cybersecurity, said Minister of Public Administration Maraš Dukaj.
He said that the goal of the Ministry of Public Administration is clear - a modern, open, safe and efficient state that functions according to European standards.
"Reforms are not just an obligation, but a choice that leads to democratization - a stronger and more digitally resilient Montenegro," Dukaj stated on the X network.
