The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) has informed the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, in writing that the prosecutor's office has formed case files regarding the criminal complaint filed against Milatović by the president of the NGO Montenegrin Forum, Jelena Marković, on October 23, his office announced.
