DPS Zeta: The incident that occurred is a consequence of years of inappropriate behavior by government representatives

The incident that occurred in the Zeta Municipality building is the result of years of inappropriate behavior by government representatives, which was often aimed at undermining the integrity and dignity of representatives of the Democratic Party of Socialists and our families, the DPS Zeta Municipal Board announced.

"For years, we have warned that such a relationship is not good and will lead to undesirable consequences, since our municipality is a small community in which everyone, regardless of political, national or other differences, must take care of each other and respect the dignity of people and families. Therefore, we once again call on everyone to calm their passions and to be more careful about what we say to each other and how we act in our political work, so as not to cross the line of political debate and enter the zone of personal insults, which are much more difficult to tolerate," DPS Zeta announced.

They add that they will not go into any specifics and details regarding the specific incident, but will leave it to the court, in the following proceedings, to clarify all the circumstances of the aforementioned case.

"On this occasion, we appeal to the prosecution and the court to be completely professional and not succumb to the political pressures of those parties that have already issued the verdict and are trying to conceal the essence of the incident with serious caricatures and untruths. Finally, what the entire Zeta region, and Montenegro as well, knows is that Dušan Radonjić, the long-time president of the city municipality, is a family-oriented, cultured and measured man, who has never had the slightest incident of any kind in his life and who has performed all his duties professionally, honorably and appropriately," the statement reads.
