The President of the Municipality of Pljevlja, Dario Vraneš, ironically commented on the fact that Prime Minister Milojko Spajić will not attend today's ceremonial release of the Ćehotina River into its new bed, although his arrival had been announced.
"He will come and at least promise us the Nikšić-Pljevlja expressway (via Bobovo), a hotel complex on Borovičko Lake, a multifunctional sports hall, indoor and outdoor swimming pools... and we will easily deal with the pollution," said Vraneš.
The Ćehotina River officially flowed through a new riverbed today, completing one of the most significant infrastructure and environmental projects in Pljevlja in the last few decades.
