Prime Minister Milojko Spajić met today in Davos with the President of Singapore, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, and on that occasion, the importance of the strategic positions of the two countries in the context of connecting Southeast Asia and Southeast Europe was emphasized.
During the talks, the possibility of cooperation in training programs implemented by Singapore was discussed, with the aim of strengthening management models in various areas, the Prime Minister's Office announced.
Spajić said that efficiency and discipline are particularly important in terms of Montenegro's European integration, and that our country, despite limited human resources, is rapidly closing negotiation chapters with the aim of becoming a full member of the European Union in 2028.
"Singapore, as announced, is the best example of how a small country, with strong institutions, zero tolerance for corruption, efficiency and discipline, can achieve exceptional development and global relevance," the Prime Minister's Office said.
