In accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court, the normative inconsistency regarding the working week should be eliminated, but Sunday should remain a day for the family, announced the president of the Party of European Progress, Duško Marković.
"The Constitutional Court's ruling should be respected and the normative inconsistency should be removed. But the decision to preserve Sunday as a day for the family, as part of social care for the person and the employee, should remain in force," Marković wrote on the Iks website.
He recalled the Government's decision from March 2019.
"As I thought then, so I think today - the focus is on the person, not profit," added Marković.
