The Europe Now Movement (PES) has projected total revenues of 2.323.000 euros for this year, with the largest portion relating to allocations from the Montenegrin budget (1.845.000 euros) to which they are entitled by law.
According to the financial plan and program, which they submitted to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK), budget revenues are also planned for the parliamentary group of this ruling party (84.000 euros) and their Women's Association (109.000).
The budget of local governments is expected to generate revenue of 285.000 euros.
PES has 20 MPs in the Parliament of Montenegro, and has councilors in Podgorica, Danilovgrad, Andrijevica, Kotor, Berane, Budva, Nikšić, Pljevlja...
According to the law on party financing, 0,8 percent of the current budget (planned funds less capital and state fund budgets) is allocated from the state budget for the regular work of parliamentary parties. At the local level, 1,1 percent of the current municipal budget is allocated for parties in municipal assemblies, and in municipalities with a budget of less than five million euros - this amount can be from 1,1 to three percent.
Money for financing employees in parliamentary and councilor caucuses is provided by the Parliament, or municipalities.
On the expenditure side, PES plans to spend 2.011.500 euros. The largest items are salaries and allowances (980.000) and advertising and publicity costs (420.000). They plan to allocate 129.000 euros for business travel, 122.000 euros for office space rental and 62.000 euros for representation.
They want to strengthen living standards through wage growth
In the program section, PES announces that this year it will focus on the European integration of Montenegro, as they want to "contribute to the completion of the negotiation process and the strengthening of inter-institutional cooperation."
As a second priority, they cite reforms in the area of the rule of law and the fight against organized crime and corruption - through strengthening the capacities of institutions, improving the legislative framework and more consistent application of the law, with special emphasis on the independence of the judiciary, the professionalization of the police and the prosecution...
The third priority, as stated, is to further strengthen the living standards of citizens - they announce the continuation of economic and social policies aimed at increasing wages, reducing the tax burden on labor, encouraging investment and creating jobs... Within this set, the acceleration of the seven-hour working day policy is also mentioned through the areas of labor, employment and social dialogue.
In organizational terms, PES plans to strengthen infrastructure in the field - strengthening and formalizing municipal committees, defining the structure more clearly, improving internal communication and educating members.
It has been announced that a regular PES electoral assembly (congress) will be held, which should serve to summarize the results, define strategic directions for the coming period, and further strengthen unity within the movement. The date of the meeting was not specified.
Dzheljosha's party gives 50 thousand for aid and donations
Albanian alternative Nika Đeljošaj for 2026, it planned total revenues of 484.400 euros, almost entirely from public sources. The largest item is revenues from the budget of Montenegro, which for the Albanian Forum (a coalition that has two MPs in the Parliament of Montenegro) amount to 380.000 euros, and for the parliamentary caucus 13.500 euros. Revenues from the budget for the women's organization (Women's Forum) are planned at 58.000 euros. At the local level, revenues from the municipal budgets are planned: Tuzi 21.000 euros and another 4.200 euros for the councilors' caucus, Ulcinj 3.500, Gusinje 1.000, Plav 2.000 and Bar 1.200 euros.
The Albanian Alternative plans total expenses of 443.500 euros. The largest items are expenses based on fee contracts (140.000) and salaries and compensation (90.000). This is followed by advertising and propaganda (40.000), business trips (30.000), representation (25.000), aid/donations (50.000) and scholarships (20.000).

PZPG planned revenues of 52.352
Movement for Podgorica (PzPG), close to the head of state Jakov Milatović, planned for 2026 total revenues of 52.352 euros, exclusively from the budget of the Capital City of Podgorica, where they are part of the government.
On the expenditure side, total costs of 45.000 euros are foreseen. Among the larger items are the costs of salaries (12.000) and engagements under service contracts (9.600), as well as expenses for media, promotion and public information (10.000) and the organization of events and activities (7.000).
"The difference between planned revenues and expenditures amounts to 7.352 and represents unspent funds that will be used in accordance with the law, i.e. will be subject to possible amendments to the Financial Plan if necessary," the document states.
In its program section, PzPG states that in 2026, their focus will be on strengthening the civic character of local politics and greater citizen participation in decision-making, while initiating solutions of public interest. Among the goals are strengthening the organizational structure and formalizing internal work, expanding the network of members and activists, and strengthening the role of women and youth in political and social life...
The movement also announces that its activities in the Capital City Assembly will rely on the work of four councilors, through regular attendance at sessions, participation in discussions and decision-making, and through asking councilor questions and submitting initiatives, especially in the areas of budget, local policies, urban development... They also announce initiatives in social policy, including issues of subsidies for extended stays and support for families.
