Socialist People's Party (SNP) MP Slađana Kaluđerović filed a criminal complaint against Dragan Maslovar from Kotor for the criminal offense of inciting national, racial and religious hatred.
The SNP statement states that Maslovar threatened Kaluđerović because of her political stance that the Serbian language should be the official language, which she presented as her own and the SNP's position on Television "Vijesti".
Kaluđerović's report states that on February 3, Maslovar, reacting to Kaluđerović's statements on his Facebook profile, said, among other things, "Either you will sit in peace and respect the state of Montenegro or you will be in trouble, so speak Serbian in Serbia."
With such a post, Maslovar is allegedly inciting violence and hatred towards those who differ from him in religion, origin, language, state or national affiliation.
"Which caused fear, anxiety, shock, and concern for their future and safety among the injured party, as well as a larger number of citizens who share the same national, ethnic, religious, and linguistic identity as the injured party," the report states.
Maslovar allegedly made a series of threatening, disturbing, offensive, misogynistic and chauvinistic insults against Kaluđerović, but also against the entire Serbian national community.
