Spajić: It is always better to have a minister and a ministry at full capacity and we will try to make it happen as soon as possible

Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, when asked by reporters today whether Radoš Zečević and Jovan Vučurović from the New Serbian Democracy (NSD) would be the new ministers and when the next government reorganization will take place, said that the chapter in the negotiations with the European Union (EU) on transport (21 – trans-European networks) was recently closed, and that Filip Radulović took over from the previous minister (Maja Vukićević) and that he did a good job.

"We have continuity there. However, of course it is always better to have a minister and a ministry at full capacity and we will try to make it happen as soon as possible," Spajić said at a press conference with European Union (EU) Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos.

On March 23, "Vijesti" confirmed that NSD MP Jovan Vučurović would be the minister without portfolio in charge of cooperation with the Parliament.

Television Vijesti announced on the same day that it had unofficial information from the Government and the NSD that the director of the Podgorica city company ''Putevi'', Radoš Zečević, is the most serious candidate for Minister of Transport.

Television Vijesti then announced that the NSD would most likely officially propose to the Government that their official Zečević take over the seat that was until recently occupied by Maja Vukićević from the Democratic People's Party, who left power.

With the entry of Vučurović and Zečević into the Government, the NSD would have a total of four ministers and one Deputy Prime Minister.
