Leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Danijel Zivkovic and four other MPs from the largest opposition party do not have an apartment registered in their names, according to data from their property records published on the website of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK).
Of the 13 DPS MPs whose property records for last year were published, Abaz Dizdarević owns the largest property (a 336-square-meter house), while he has more properties. Nikola Milović i Aleksandra Despotović.
According to the data from the file, apart from Živković, no one owns an apartment. Aleksandra Vuković Kuč, Ivan Vukovic, Sonja Popovic i Nikola Rakočević. Nermin Abdić has reported more inherited real estate this year.
The highest annual income among MPs (which does not include only MP salaries and fees) was reported by Abdić, around 116,2 thousand euros, followed by Jevto Erakovic with 75,4 thousand and Milović with 47,5 thousand euros.

ŽIVKOVIĆ'S INCOME IS ABOUT 25 THOUSAND EUROS
Leader and MP of DPS Danijel Zivkovic received a net parliamentary salary of 1.775 euros per month, or a total of 21.302 euros annually. He also reported housing allowances totaling 4.156 euros, so his annual income from public office amounted to 25.458 euros.
Of the movable assets, Živković's file lists two vehicles, but both in his wife's name. Ivana Zivkovic. It is a Golf 6 car, model year 2008, and a Mercedes Benz vehicle from 2021.
Živković reported that he had a cash loan of 5.000 euros with Erste Bank, but that debt had since been repaid and was listed in the report as paid off on April 19, 2025. His wife reported a cash loan of 20.000 euros, also with Erste Bank, with a monthly installment of 326 euros and a remaining debt of 18.693 euros, with a repayment period of another 68 months. The report also shows that Ivana Živković earned income during the year as an employee of the company Voli.
Prophet Andrija Nikolić He reported an apartment, a loan, as well as income from a public position.
According to the report, Nikolić had a base salary of around 1.820 euros per month (a total of 28.490 euros), with additional variables totaling 8.466 euros. This means that in 2025, he had a total income of 28.490 euros based on his parliamentary position.
The property record states that he owns a 64 square meter apartment, which he purchased in 2016.
He reported an Opel Mokka vehicle owned by his wife, who is employed at Hipotekarna banka.
Nikolić also has a housing loan with Hipotekarna Banka of 47.500 euros, of which the remaining debt is around 32.455 euros, with a monthly installment of approximately 490 euros.
ABDIĆ INHERITED REAL ESTATE
Based on his councilor position in the Capital City, Abdić reported an average monthly salary of 292,5 euros, or a total of 3.510 euros annually, while as an MP he received an average monthly salary of 450,9 euros - a total of 5.410 euros annually.
He reported an average monthly salary of 2.903 euros at the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG) as income from regular work, or a total of 34.845 euros per year. He reported 33.279 euros from consulting services and additional work, 13.518 euros from scientific activities, 7.420 euros from expert testimony in courts, while his employment at FK Budućnost earned 5.392 euros plus bonuses totaling 4.895.
In the file, he also lists income from employment at the Danilovgrad Health Center of 1.680 euros, as well as 2.102 euros from employment at the Faculty of Medicine as a teaching assistant. He also reported assistance for agricultural activities from the Ministry of Agriculture of 236,93 euros. His total income amounted to 116.291 euros.
This year, Abdić reported meadows of 8.904 and 5.756 square meters, a yard of 500 square meters, a business building in the economy of 111 square meters, a house of 98 square meters, an agricultural facility of 62 square meters, and all real estate is registered in his name and was acquired by inheritance.
The card also lists a deposit of 4.500 euros, as well as 10.779 shares in the HLT fund.
His wife Sanda Abdic She reported earnings to the Insurance Supervision Agency (ANO) of 13.560 euros per year, as well as additional compensation for working on the commission, daily allowances, winter allowances and other payments.
Abdić also reported a 2011 Passat car.
Epistle Aleksandra Vuković Kuč reported a basic salary of around 1.800 euros per month - a total of 21.731 euros for the year - based on her parliamentary function. She also reported variables totaling 876 euros, so her total annual income based on her parliamentary function was 22.607 euros.
She also reported two payments to cover loan installments, of 200 and 150 euros, as well as loans from her sister and mother of 260 and 270 euros.
She reported six shares in the company Rudnici Bauxita and a consumer loan of 3.000 euros, which was paid off in December 2025.
Prophet Ivan Vukovic declared variables based on his parliamentary function in the total amount of 2.102 euros, as well as daily allowances that were paid to him on several occasions during the year (a total of 3.592 euros).
He reported a regular job at the institution (his CV states that he teaches at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Montenegro), from which he received monthly wages of between 2.194 and 2.310 euros during the year (a total of 27,8 thousand euros). The file also records income from participation in a scientific conference in the amount of 1.002 euros and international activities for DPS in the amount of 809,19 euros. The report also reports several transfers from a savings account.
Without transfers from savings accounts, Ivan Vuković's annual income amounted to around 35,3 thousand euros.
Of his assets, Vuković declared a KIA Sportage car, model year 2023. He declared a non-term savings deposit of 8.756 euros and 2.354 euros in a current account. He also owns 240 shares in the company Vektra Boka.
He also reported two loans - one from 2018, with an installment of 376,76 euros and a remaining debt of 45,46 euros, and the other from 2023, with an installment of 418,04 euros and a remaining debt of 10,72 euros.
ERAKOVIĆ'S INCOME IS 75 THOUSAND EUROS
MP Jevto Eraković reported a basic net salary of 2.134 euros per month, or a total of 25.612 euros annually, based on his parliamentary function. In addition, he reported an annual income of 49.776 euros from his freelance work, bringing his total income to 75.389 euros.
His wife Nela Erakovic, employed at the Blood Transfusion Institute of Montenegro, receives a basic salary of 1.884 euros per month, or 22.608 euros per year.
Of the real estate, Eraković reported a 95 square meter apartment, 100% owned by him, purchased in 2015. He also reported a 38 percent share in real estate acquired through inheritance in 2024, while his wife reported a 14 square meter property, purchased in 2024.
Eraković reported a BMW X3, model year 2023, acquired through a trade-in. The report also stated that he had 17.000 euros in cash, and his wife had 37.000 euros.
Eraković owns 240 shares in Štamparija Obod Cetinje, while his wife has 28 shares in HTP Albatros Ulcinj.
When it comes to liabilities, Eraković reported several cash loans.
Member of Parliament and councilor in the Municipal Assembly of Bijelo Polje Abaz Dizdarević He reported income from both positions, real estate, multiple vehicles, shares, and a home loan.
According to his assets record, Dizdarević has been an MP since July 2023, and a councilor in the local parliament in Bijelo Polje since December 2022.
Based on his parliamentary function, he reported a basic salary of 1.925 euros per month, or a total of 23.111 euros per year. As a councilor in the Bijelo Polje Municipal Assembly, he received 200 euros per month, or a total of 2.400 euros per year. His total income from these functions in 2025 was 25.511 euros.
His wife Edisa Dizdarević She reported a salary of 1.530 euros per month as a director at OSA and Dental Art clinic, or a total of 18.368 euros per year. Her son Omar Dizdarević reported 3.000 euros per year for his position as director at Hotaru DOO.
Of the immovable property, Dizdarević reported a 336 square meter house, which he bought in 2012. His wife owns a 58 square meter apartment and a 5,25 square meter garage, purchased in 2022.
Four vehicles were also reported in the file - a 2008 Mercedes and a 1996 Lancia Z owned by Abaz Dizdarević, a 2006 Lancia Y owned by his wife, as well as a 2014 BMW owned by his son Omar.
As other movable property worth more than 10.000 euros, he reported a gift under a gift contract, with an estimated market value of 25.000 euros (it was not specified which gift was in question). The report also stated that his wife has 14.300 euros in cash.
Of the securities reported, 2.837 shares of "13. jul Plantaža" owned by Abaz Dizdarević, as well as 1.213 shares of "SI Moneta" owned by Edisa Dizdarević, were registered. The card also records 100 percent ownership stakes in OSA and Dental Art clinic, owned by Edisa Dizdarević, as well as in Hotar DOO, owned by Omar Dizdarević.
Dizdarevic reported a housing loan of 60.000 euros, with a remaining debt of 36.591 euros. His wife reported a development loan with the IRF of 15.000 euros, of which 780 euros of debt remained.
MILOVIĆ HAS MORE REAL ESTATE, VEHICLES AND SHARES
Assembly member and councilor in the Budva Municipal Assembly Nikola Milović reported income from public functions, regular work and expert engagements, as well as several real estate properties, vehicles, shares and previous loans.
As a councilor in the Budva Municipal Council, he reported a compensation of 560 euros per month, or a total of 6.720 euros annually.
Based on his regular job at the institution (Faculty of Economics), he reported a basic salary of 2.934 euros per month, which amounts to a total of 35.215 euros per year. In addition, he listed income from expert work on projects totaling 5.600 euros. His total income last year amounted to 47.535 euros.
His wife Danijela Milović She reported earnings at the First Bank of Montenegro totaling 9.301 euros.
Milović has declared several properties acquired through purchase and inheritance. He owns 100% of a two-bedroom apartment measuring 75 square meters, purchased in 2024, a 98 square meter apartment and a 59 square meter house acquired through inheritance in 2023. He has also declared several co-ownership shares acquired through inheritance, including a meadow, yards, business premises and several apartments. His wife owns a three-bedroom apartment measuring 108 square meters and a garage measuring 23 square meters, purchased in 2022.
The movable property reported includes a 2007 Golf VI and a 1996 BMW, as well as a 2005 Taurus revolver, all owned by Nikola Milović.
The card also lists the shares: Milović owns 10.000 shares of Eurofond, while his wife has 110 shares of Jugopetrol.
Nikola Rakočević earned 21.913 euros from his parliamentary duties last year. In addition, he reported variables totaling 3.153 euros, which means that his total income was 25.066 euros.
His wife Darija Rakocevic As an advisor for international projects at the Eco Fund, she reported an income of around 900 euros per month.
The asset card does not report any real estate, vehicles, cash, deposits, shares or stakes in legal entities. The only liability listed is a leasing contract with Erste Bank in the name of Darija Rakočević, in the amount of 34.000 euros, with a monthly installment of 397,33 euros and a remaining debt of 21.455.
DESPOTOVIĆ HAS TWO APARTMENTS
MP Aleksandra Despotović reported income from a regular job, two apartments, shares, and several credit obligations.
The report reported her only income as a regular job in the Parliament, from which she received a basic salary of 2.460 euros per month, or a total of 29.520 euros annually.
Of the immovable property, Despotović reported two apartments in 100% ownership - one measuring 49 square meters, purchased in 2006, and the other measuring 38 square meters, purchased in 2012.
He owns shares in three companies: Port of Adria Bar (90 shares), Port of Bar (90) and Plantaže (2.737).
She also reported four loans. A loan for improving housing conditions is registered with the University of Montenegro in the amount of 13.156 euros, with an installment of 37 euros and a remaining debt of 4.400 euros. In addition, a cash loan of 10.000 euros was reported, with a remaining debt of 7.853,38 euros, a housing loan of 20.000 euros, with a remaining debt of 9.919 euros, as well as a consumer loan of 10.000 euros, with a remaining debt of 7.467 euros.
Prophet Mihailo Andjusic He reported total income from his parliamentary salary of 22.658 euros.
In the part relating to household members, his wife Jelena Andjusic She reported income from the Central Bank of Montenegro, where she works as a senior advisor. Her basic salary during the year was around 1.400 euros per month, and additional benefits were also reported.
Of the immovable property, Andjušić reported an 81 square meter apartment, 100% owned, acquired in 2017 with the help of a 25-year housing loan.
The movable property reported is an Opel Insignia, model year 2011, owned by Mihailo Andjušić, and a Hyundai Tucson, model year 2023, owned by his wife.
When it comes to liabilities, Andjušić reported a housing loan of 80.500 euros, with a remaining debt of 62.576 euros, while his wife reported a cash loan of 25.000 euros, with a remaining debt of 19.936 euros.
Epistle Sonja Milatovic Popovic She reported income from her parliamentary position, councilor's compensation, as well as her husband's income and credit.
Based on her parliamentary function, she reported a basic salary of around 1,7 thousand euros per month, or a total of 20.526 euros. In addition, she reported variables totaling 876 euros. As a councilor in the Nikšić Municipal Assembly, she reported a total of 1.000 euros, based on a compensation of 200 euros per month. Her total income in 2025 amounted to 21.526 euros.
Her husband Miroslav Popović He reported income from his position as secretary of the Municipal Board of DPS Danilovgrad, a councilor in the Municipal Assembly of Danilovgrad, and from his teaching engagement at the Private Gymnasium "Podgorica" and from the Executive Board of DPS.
The property reported is a 2018 Mazda motor vehicle, owned by Miroslav Popović.
When it comes to liabilities, a cash loan was reported in the name of Miroslav Popović in the amount of 15.000 euros, with a monthly installment of 322,85 euros and a remaining debt of 10.619 euros.
Member of the Parliament and Councillor in the Assembly of the Capital City of Podgorica Nela Savkovic Vukcevic She reported income from public positions, engagement in the DPS and part-time jobs, as well as property and credit obligations of household members.
Savković Vukčević has been a member of parliament since November 2025, while she has served as a councilor in the Podgorica parliament since November 2024.
Based on her parliamentary function, she reported two basic salary payments, of 972 and 1.971 euros. As a councilor in the Capital City, she received a councilor's fee of 250 euros per month, or a total of 3.000 euros per year, as well as a 450 euro fee for membership in working bodies.
In the section on other income, she listed several payments based on her engagement in DPS and part-time work. As a member of the DPS Executive Board, she reported several payments of basic salary, a total of 9.197 euros. In addition, she reported fees from the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Donja Gorica and Matica Crnogorska, as well as several consulting payments through the DPS Women's Alliance, including amounts of 1.200, 4.200 and 700 euros.
Her husband Mladen Vukcevic He reported his earnings from Radio Television of Montenegro, where he works as a sales agent, including basic salary, transportation allowances, winter allowance and salary supplements.
The real estate reported is a two-bedroom apartment measuring 70 square meters owned by Nela Savković Vukčević, purchased in 2018. Her husband owns a one-bedroom apartment measuring 41 square meters, purchased in 2011, as well as a pasture measuring 688 square meters, acquired in 2010.
The movable property reported includes a 2012 BMW 525d car and a 2020 CZ P10F pistol, both owned by Mladen Vukčević. Savković Vukčević also reported 5.000 shares of Eurofond.
