Prime Minister Milojko Spajić will answer questions from MPs on Thursday, at a special session of the Parliament dedicated to the Prime Minister's Hour.
Democratic People's Party MP Milan Knežević will ask Spajić why the constitutional changes do not also provide for the lifting of immunity for MPs for criminal acts of corruption and more precise solutions related to the election and dismissal of top officials in the prosecution and judiciary.
MP from the Europe Now Movement Boris Pejović will ask Spajić about the dynamics of the Government's negotiations with the European Union (EU), while MP from the Socialist People's Party Bogdan Božović is interested in when the formation of the Special Court for the Fight against Organized Crime and Corruption can be expected.
Democratic MP Boris Bogdanović is interested in whether the Government believes that resistance to amendments to the Internal Affairs Law and the National Security Agency (ANB) is partly based on the fact that they are, for the first time, seriously encroaching on structures that have been shielded from real accountability for years in the police, ANB and related centers of power.
Bosniak Party MP Amer Smailović will ask Spajić whether the citizens of Montenegro can feel safe today, given the increasingly frequent dissemination of various information and news from unverified sources.
Democratic Party of Socialists MP Danijel Živokivić will ask Spajić if he will publicly admit that the government's key promises about economic growth and citizens' standards were unrealistic, while Civic Movement URA MP Dritan Abazović is interested in what happened to the announcement that ten sections of highways would be built simultaneously in 2026.
Spajić will also be asked a question by New Serbian Democracy MP Vaso Obradović, who is interested in how the announced amendments to the Law on the Bar-Boljare Highway, which abolish previous tax and customs relief for contractors, will contribute to strengthening budget revenues and ensuring more equal conditions on the market, while preserving investment attractiveness.
Social Democrat MP Branislav Nenezić will ask Spajić who has the right to suspend a border crossing, explaining that the adoption of the new Law on Free Zones has opened up serious legal and economic issues.
Albanian Alliance MP Ilir Čapuni is interested in how the implementation of the interstate project to build a bridge on the Bojana River is progressing, while Albanian Forum MP Nikola Camaj is interested in when concrete works will begin on the Montenegrin side of the project to connect the municipalities of Plav and Tropoja via the Čaf Vranica route.
