The property records of the MPs of the Europe Now Movement (PES) show large differences in the property status of parliamentarians from the ruling party - from those without apartments and houses, to their colleagues who own multiple properties, tens of thousands of square meters of land and significant savings.

According to these regular annual reports on income and assets (for 2025), the head of the PES parliamentary group, Vasilije Čarapić, reported that he has no registered apartments, houses, land, or other real estate, while he owns a 2015 Citroen C4 Cactus car, acquired by purchase.
He has 1.397 euros in his accounts, while he reported a remaining debt of 551,99 euros on a consumer loan of 2.500 euros.
As an MP, Čarapić received a base salary that generally ranged around two thousand euros per month during 2025. The total income he reported based on that salary was 26.858 euros, of which 26.549 related to the base salary and 308,70 to business travel.
Based on his councilor position in the Capital City Assembly, which he held from November 28, 2024 to June 23, 2025, he reported a councilor's fee of 250 euros per month for half a year and 275 euros for one month. Total - 1.775 euros.
The report also shows that his wife Aurora De Peralta had income from salaries with the American Council and United Kids International Montenegro totaling 9.125 euros, and had 1.500 euros and 600 US dollars in accounts. MP Darko Dragović earned 21.972 euros as a parliamentarian, and 1.980 euros as a councilor in the Danilovgrad Municipal Assembly.
He owns two apartments - 34 and 50 square meters, and a 20 square meter garage, which he acquired by purchase, as well as a house under construction of 155 square meters.
He owns about 6.000 square meters of meadows, owns 40 percent of 2.600 square meters of forest, and has a 14 percent share in an inherited 74 square meter house...
He is the sole owner of an orchard of 1.973 square meters and a 35 percent share of another orchard of 1.108 square meters. He has saved 10.000 euros, and stated that he has claims of 7.500 euros. In a reaction to an article in "Vijesti" that presented facts about his real estate, Dragović announced that he had returned both apartments to the Danilovgrad resident. ML, with whom he previously had an agreement to exchange the inherited property in Danilovgrad for residential units on the coast.

Her husband Danilo Marković, who works at the Airports of Montenegro, earned 11.760 euros, while his son Luka Markovic, employed at CEDIS, earned 1.640 euros (for two months - November and December).
No immovable property was reported, and the movable property recorded was a "Volkswagen Passat Caravan" (2006 model), owned by the husband, who also reported a share in the company "OLD Market", without stating the percentage of ownership.
On the liabilities side, more consumer loans were reported, so household credit debt exceeds 20.000 euros.
Vučević has a house, meadows and orchards

Stojović has cash and weapons
Gordan Stojović earned 31.467 euros in 2025, according to data from his assets card. Of that, 21.844 euros were for his basic parliamentary salary, while he received another 1.314 euros in variable pay. Stojović also reported 8.309 euros for contractual engagements - 8.000 euros as an expert consultant for scriptwriting, editing, translations and program organization, and 309 euros for authorship work on the creation of the diaspora lexicon.
His wife Jelena Popovic Stojovic She earned 3.766 euros based on her salary at the National Tourism Organization.
No immovable property is reported in the file.

No immovable property was reported in the property card. Of the movable property, two vehicles owned by her husband were recorded - a "Renault Kangoo" (2018) and a "Toyota Yaris" (2008). Andrić reported a consumer loan of 20.000 euros, with a remaining debt of 3.322 euros.
Zečević inherited extensive assets
Milan Zecevic He declared significant income from public office in his asset declaration, as well as extensive real estate acquired mainly through inheritance.
As an MP, he earned 22.600 euros, with additional income from travel expenses amounting to around 7.200 euros. As a councilor in the Berane Municipal Assembly, he earned another 3.410 euros through councilor fees.
His wife Daniela Zecevic She earned 25.620 euros in salary. It is not stated where she is employed.
When it comes to property, Zečević declared a large number of plots of land and buildings that he inherited.
He owns, among other things, a 157-square-meter house and a 500-square-meter yard, as well as several plots of land for various purposes - including meadows, pastures and forests of several thousand square meters. He also declared a 50 percent stake in a 51-square-meter house, a weekend house, outbuildings and other real estate, mostly acquired by inheritance in the period from 2019 to 2023.
Several vehicles are registered in Zečević's name - a "Renault Espace" (2013), a "Renault Megane" (2005) and a "Volkswagen Golf" from 1996, while his wife owns a "Renault Scenic" from 2013.
In addition, Zečević is the sole owner of the company "Elitemontenegro", which also owns certain real estate in Berane, as well as a 2021 Volvo vehicle.
Nadja Laković had a total income of over 23.000 euros in 2025. The largest part refers to the deputy's salary, which amounted to 1.786 euros per month, or a total of 21.432 euros annually. In addition, Laković also received a councilor's fee (in the Budva Municipal Council) in the amount of 1.741 euros, but only for one month (July).
When it comes to property, Laković reported a 51 square meter apartment, which she purchased in 2022. She also owns shares in two houses, measuring 301 and 61 square meters, where she owns 33,66 percent of each, which she inherited in 2020.
Her property portfolio also includes a forest of 142.694 square meters, also co-owned by 33,66 percent, as well as an auxiliary building (depot, warehouse, apartment and pantry) of 23 square meters, which she received based on a gift agreement.
Among her movable assets, she reported a 2022 Nissan Qashqai car, which she purchased the same year.
Janović inherited two houses

His wife Andjela Janovic received 6.900 euros at the Dobrota Special Hospital last year, with an additional 1.800 euros as a member of the board of directors of the Tivat Tourist Organization.
Janović registered two houses - a 104-square-meter first floor and an 85-square-meter ground floor, which he inherited in 2020.
