NSD Budva: Dear employees of the Municipality of Budva, your salaries are with the DPS tycoon

The Budva branch of the New Serbian Democracy (NSD) has called for an investigation into where and on what the 20 million euros of money transferred from last year were spent.

"Employees in the Municipality of Budva are receiving late salaries, despite the fact that as much as 20 million euros were previously transferred, while the city treasury is now empty. The question arises - where did the millions of euros of Budva citizens disappear? The blocked account and delayed salaries are the most obvious indicator that the DPS octopus is in power and the money disappears overnight - suspicious arrangements are made and appanage is paid to DPS tycoons. The Municipality of Budva transferred 20 million euros to 2026, with regular budget replenishment from January to May - where did the millions of euros of Budva citizens' money go and why is the municipal treasury empty?", asks the Budva NSD.

As they emphasize, the definitive confirmation that the Democratic Party of Socialists is in power in Budva is the blocked account and delayed salaries.

"Dear citizens of Budva, employees of local government and local companies - your earnings are with the DPS tycoon and honorary president of DPS. You have to be a "financial wizard" to leave your pockets empty from 20 million euros and the regular filling of a record budget of 79 million euros. How? It was paid off with a hat and a fist. For the first time after 10 years and the departure of DPS from power in 2016, we have a blocked account. DPS is known for the ten-month blocked account caused by the unforgotten riot in Budva, from which it is still recovering. It is clear that the government was broken in 2024 so that DPS could be returned to the game and after only a year we have a blocked municipal account," they conclude in the NSD Budva.
