Fejzić: A state that aspires to be functional and legally regulated must not allow the arbitrariness of local parliaments

The Head of the Islamic Community in Montenegro, Rifat Fejzić, announced today that the fact that the decision of the Municipal Assembly (MA) of Zeta to annul the decision to recognize Kosovo in the territory of Zeta has no legal force does not diminish the seriousness of the situation.

"The fact that the decision of the Zeta Municipal Council has no legal force does not diminish the seriousness of the situation. A state that aspires to be functional and legally regulated must not allow the arbitrariness of local parliaments. Law and order must be above politics," Fejzić wrote on the social network Iks.

Councilors in the Municipal Assembly (MA) of Zeta voted today on a declaration annulling the decision to recognize Kosovo in the territory of Zeta.
