Zirojević: Those who came from the streets to institutions and turned them into a fair cannot talk to me about the streets

Nikola Zirojević, a member of the European Union, said that those who came from the streets to institutions and who turned those institutions into a fair cannot talk to him about the street.

He reacted to today's statement by State Secretary at the Ministry of Defense Sandra Radević, who said that Zirojević imagined that he was an institution, and that he should lead the Defense and Security Committee with dignity, instead of playing the court jester.

"The institution is the state, and your every appearance is the street," Radević said in her address.

Zirojević replied that the "party secretary", in order to be at all relevant as she imagined herself to be, must first master the basics of democracy and parliamentarism.

"These basics, respected conductor in the minister's submarine, mean that when you sign on as state secretary, it is not advisable to express and promote the views of the political entity to which you belong. And that is so, no matter what the Megatrend 'experts' you are surrounded by tell you," he said.

The European Union representative said that the citizens of Montenegro will very soon declare Aleksa Bečić and Dragan Krapović, and Sandra Radević with them in the package, persona non grata in the Government of Montenegro.

"You, who came from the streets to the institutions, cannot talk to me about the street. You, who made a fair out of the institutions. You, who received salaries from the parliamentary treasury for four years, and did not enter it, but hung out on the street. You, who blocked the city streets with official vehicles. You, who bribed the son of the special prosecutor with citizens' money. You, who threatened the fall of the government if the most monstrous attack on citizens in Cetinje was not carried out, hiding behind the slogan 'peace is our nation'. You, who in a happy state would even be removed from the street. You have no competence to teach me a lesson and argue with me. Instead, tell the cowardly minister not to hide behind the skirt of a woman of modest capabilities," Zirojević concluded.
