The Foreign Ministry condemned the treatment of Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir towards humanitarian activists from the Sumud flotilla, calling it "incompatible with democratic values and respect for human rights."
"Montenegro strongly condemns the humiliating and unacceptable treatment of Israeli Minister Ben Gvir towards humanitarian activists from the Sumud flotilla. The intimidation and dehumanization of peaceful humanitarian activists are completely incompatible with democratic values and respect for human rights. They added that they have taken note of the statement by the Israeli Foreign Minister and expect the Israeli Government to clearly distance itself from the unacceptable behavior of one of its ministers and to sanction him.
