Mecola: I hope two more chapters will be closed by the end of the summer

"I hope that two more chapters will be closed by the end of the summer," said European Parliament President Roberta Mecola.

She told reporters ahead of the EU-Western Balkans summit that the event could be a "game changer", but also that Montenegro's progress would push the region forward.
