European Council President Antonio Costa said today at a press conference after the EU-Western Balkans Summit in Tivat, Montenegro, that "the future of the Western Balkans stands with the future of the European Union (EU), and we are now truly counting down to the next enlargement of the Union - for Montenegro to become the 28th member by 2028."
