The government must decide between dialogue and the Constitution and responsibility for Montenegro's missed historical opportunity, said Aleksandra Vuković Kuč, a member of parliament from the Democratic Party of Socialists.
She said this after the European Parliament (EP) rapporteur for Montenegro, Marjan Šarec, said that changing the Constitution requires a two-thirds majority in the Parliament of Montenegro and that without the cooperation of the opposition, this will not be possible, and that the opposition platform represents a good basis for further dialogue.
Vuković Kuč stated on the X network that Montenegro stands at the doors of the European Union.
"The opposition has shown responsibility - the Platform is on the table. The government must decide: dialogue and the Constitution, or responsibility for Montenegro's missed historical opportunity," said Vuković Kuč.
