The European Union will do everything in its power to prevent forced administration in Podgorica, announced Boris Mugoša, a member of the movement's parliament in Montenegro.
According to him, the forced administration in Podgorica essentially suspends the democratic system of government, that is, it suspends the parliament as a normative and control body.
"It's not about who is closer to which political entity, but about the system being functional, that is, having an assembly and an executive branch. Regardless of everything we hear these days and what best reflects the maturity and seriousness of those who have had the opportunity to exercise power, until recently the majority has shown through two election cycles and 4 years of power that it is not and/or does not know how to manage a system like the Capital City, and no one is to blame for that except themselves," said Mugoša.
He added that changes are inevitable.
"...Tomorrow, in a month or at the latest in a year. The sooner the better for the development of Podgorica, which must be a city of example and not a city hostage to a constant crisis whose consequences are suffered by the citizens of the capital," concluded Mugoša.
