Serbs should come together and help each other, and not tear each other down and divide, said Deputy Prime Minister for Health and Social Welfare Jelena Borovinić Bojović.

"It is not good to create an environment in which anyone will use discord and noise in communication between Serbs, no matter where they are and whatever country they are from, for political promotion and emphasizing their own 'political superiority'. Serbs should always and in every situation come together and help each other, and never upstage and divide each other. If we have once helped each other, extended a hand and support, it is not brotherly, and even less chivalrous, to remind each other of it every day and in some way admonish, because then that is not unity, but naked egoism. The success of those closest to us is also your success. Only good will come from that good. This is what our tradition teaches us, this is what our ancestors taught us! Unity, humility, with faith and hope, let us move forward, to new victories. And, most importantly, as Patriarch Pavle taught us: 'Let us be people'," she wrote on Facebook.
