Hadžić: I will vote for Mandić's removal with the same intensity of sweetness as I voted for his election with the same intensity of discomfort

"Create an atmosphere in the city through your media, create a media lynching. You are the measure and weight of how much a Bosniak someone is... I don't think you are. I think you have no moral or political credibility. Am I a traitor?" said Seid Hadžić, an MP from the Europe Now Movement (PES) list.

MP from the Europe Now Movement (PES) club Seid Hadžić announced that he will vote for the removal of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Andrija Mandić.

He announced this yesterday in the state parliament.

As he pointed out, this initiative has still not been recognized, and the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) is pushing for a vote for it.

"Create an atmosphere in the city through your media, create a media lynching. You are the measure and weight of how much of a Bosniak someone is... I don't think you are. I think you have no moral or political credibility as to whether I am a traitor," Hadžić said.

He pointed out that the DPS never apologized for Bukovica, which was commanded by Veselin Veljović, but also that they never paid homage to the victims of deportation.

"I will vote for the removal of Andrija Mandić with the same intensity of sweetness as I voted for his election with the same intensity of discomfort. He poked a finger in the eye of Bosniaks," he said.

The Europe Now Movement (PES) announced on September 2 that it would not support the removal of Mandić from the position of President of the Parliament of Montenegro.

"We will not support the removal of Mandić. The Europe Now movement was created with the desire to provide our citizens with economic progress and a European future. We believe it is crystal clear that we will not vote for our ugly past to ruin our bright future," the PES statement reads.

The request for Mandić's dismissal (the initiative has not been formally submitted) was initiated by the DPS on Monday because the leader of the highest legislative chamber sent condolences last week on the death of convicted war crimes convict Ratko Mladić. The PES, therefore, distanced itself from Mandić on behalf of the government, stating that this was a "personal and party position".
