Last year, Milutin Simović's salary increased by almost 1.000 euros, according to the property record submitted to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
On November 28, Simović was appointed in the Government of Duško Marković as Vice President for Economic Policy and Financial System and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
His December salary in the Government was 2.280 euros.
Before becoming part of the Government, Simović was the vice-president of the Assembly, where his salary increased from 1.315 to 2.005, which was an increase of less than 700 euros.
As a member of the Parliamentary Collegium, he received 300 euros each in January and February, and 145 euros in March, and that is the last month in which he reported this compensation. He also received 700 euros from the Assembly in March of last year for his participation in the working group.
His wife Ljiljana Simović also works in the Government. Her salary in the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare increased last year to just under 1.225 euros, which is 570 euros more than, for example, the reported February salary.
A house of 214 square meters in Podgorica and a cottage of 85 square meters in Žabljak are registered to his wife. The basis for acquiring both properties is construction.
There are also two cars on it - Volkswagen's "Cross" and "Golf 1.9E" from 2007 and 1988, respectively. "Kros" was bought on credit, it says in the carton.
Simović's credit status has not changed. The wife repays a consumer loan of 20.000 from 2007 in installments of 215 euros. The vice president is repaying two consumer loans of 3.500 euros each from 2013 and 2015 in installments of 58 euros. He has shares in Ad Staklenica and Jugopetrol Kotor.
