The aim of the research "Improving the quality of health care in the hospital system related to the suppression of covid-19" was to determine the differences in the prevalence of PCR and BAT test positivity between fully vaccinated healthcare workers compared to non-vaccinated workers.

Among the vaccinated respondents, 57 of them (6,86 percent) were positive during the examination, and 101 of them (18,70 percent) in the unvaccinated population, which means that a positive finding was found almost three times more often in unvaccinated workers.

In addition, the analysis of vaccinated workers found that out of 475 of them, who received at least two weeks after the "booster" dose, 24 (5,77 percent) were positive, while among the 265 who did not receive the "booster" dose, 30 were positive ( 11,32 percent).

This indicates that in the case of a "booster" dose administered at least two weeks ago, the risk of a positive finding was two times lower than in vaccinated persons who did not receive a "booster" dose, according to HZJZ.
