The Ministry of Science has announced a competition for the co-financing of scientific research and innovative activities in 2019, in the amount of 550.000 euros.
The competition, as announced by the Ministry of Science, represents one of the key mechanisms for supporting the scientific research community, in the segments where it has been estimated that scientists and researchers from Montenegro, based on previous experiences, need support the most.
"By implementing such special support instruments, the Government of Montenegro and the Ministry of Science open up the opportunity for all participants in the scientific research life of Montenegro to strengthen their work by participating in conferences, organizing scientific conferences in Montenegro, publishing papers in open access journals, editing domestic scientific journals of high quality, protection of inventions, mobility to more developed institutions, reception of guest lecturers, organization of promotional events in the field of science and innovation, as well as connection with foreign partners through international programs. The competition also rewards researchers who have completed doctoral studies," the announcement states. .
It is added that the competition recognized new opportunities compared to previous years, so that it includes the support provided by the recently adopted Program for Encouraging Innovative Startups.
