At the ceremony, the Bar company "Cerovo" announced on Friday evening that it will help reconstruct the surgical department of the Bar General Hospital.
The executive director of "Cerova" Goran Đurović handed over the decision on the donation of a total value of 7.000 euros to the director of the hospital Dr. Dragan Tomanović.
At the New Year's cocktail party for business partners, Đurović pointed out that in all 26 years of its existence, "Cerovo" nurtures the codes of a socially responsible company, for which it has been awarded several times, including this year's award from the Union of Employers.
"Those awards are our pride and motivate us to continue participating in such activities, such as the campaign "For more beautiful schools", in which we are with the Ministry of Education and TVCG. We immediately responded to the call for help in the reconstruction of the surgical department received from of the hospital led by our well-known surgeon Dr. Tomanović, because we appreciate the exceptional efforts of all surgeons and employees at the hospital," said Đurović, among other things.
Noting that more than 80.000 residents of the southern region are gravitating to the General Hospital today, Dr. Tomanović thanked the hospital and patients for the donation, adding that the donation will be used to renovate the sanitary facilities.
At the cocktail party, it was presented that "Cerovo" today has business centers in Bar, Podgorica, Budva, Ulcinj and Sutomore, that it employs 120 workers, and that, among other things, this year it delivered 10.000 tons of reinforcing mesh and 21.0000 tons of cement to clients.
